Little older gentlemen and lady that were working tonight were some of the friendliest people I've encountered in customer service. They set the bar for service and even fine dining establishments should take note. Give these two a raise!
Had a coupon so I stopped for lunch and got a couple beef and cheddars and a fry. The restaurant is very clean and nice, and the staff was very friendly. The service was SUPER quick. The sandwiches were hot and good, as were the fries.
The 3 guys that worked on Fri Aug 25th @ 6pm are great! I made a mistake and ordered at the store closest to my job which was 30 minutes away and these guys called the manager there and got it handled for me! Thanks so much!
Do not accept online orders if you are going to lock the lobby due to lack of staff. I get a very short lunch break so must order ahead. If i wait in the drive-thru for 20 minutes because the lobby is closed at lunch time i have no time to eat.
The food was good. Just your typical fast food place. Nothing special.
There is a African American lady there at the drive thru my apologies her name escapes me at the moment but she has a unique voice VERY PROFESSIONAL and ALWAYS presents an attitude of I want to be at work. She is a jewel. Again my apologies as her name escapes me. She and Derrick gets 5 stars 🌟. They worked together this past Tuesday June 6th. I pray she gets recognized because she is AWESOME! Every time I come to the drive thru I pray she's working because I know I'm going to get good service and my order will be correct because she cares. Also, Derrick is always smiling and offers words of encouragement after asking how are you.
This is a good arbys that functions well. Food is done correctly, prices reasonable, open ok, a bit run down but clean and well cared for.
This completely renovated Arby's has fast, fresh and hot food. Nice folks and service.
Best Arby's around. The service is very good and they are open late for that post midnight snack. My boy clif knows how to work a drive thru.
