The food tasted great, both the bread and ingredients were fresh. Prices were reasonable. It took a bit longer than expected to get our subs, they processed two orders that were taken after ours.

Brisket sub was amazing! Nice and tender, semi smoky meat, decent amount of sauces. Great customer service and great food and cool decorations inside. Went on my birthday for first time and i definitely recommend checking them out, free birthday reg sub.
My go to place for lunch hot delicious and great people even if they mess up they own it Corey went above and beyond to make sure I kept coming back awesome guy and awesome staff

Firehouse has the best sandwiches of all the chain sandwich shops! Their smokin' triple stack is divine. I ate it for lunch two days in a row!!

Stopped into firehouse today because I was craving a cheese steak sandwich. It's hard to find a good cheese steak here in Mt pleasant, so I wanted to give them a shot. Pretty great cheese to steak ratio, the bread wasn't soggy, and the chicken and dumpling soup I got as a side was, while a little too salty, very flavorful.
My only small complaint is that I asked for no onions and there were a couple pieces in the sandwich. Not too bad, easy enough to pick off and only on one part so not a huge issue. In either case, delicious sandwich and I'll probably be back for another one the next time I get a cheese steak craving too.

Every time I come to Mt pleasant for a hair appointment appointment I come to get lunch here! I was in again today and was treated like a person instead of just another customer.. It’s clean the staff are very professional. As a business owner myself, I gotta rave on you’re employees. In a world where we are treated as numbers it’s nice to be recognized as individuals.. Brett was who waited on me and even spoke to me by my name as I was leaving. Thank you!
Employees aren’t friendly at all. You speak and they look at you like you’re wrong. My food was good and they did offer me some chips for my wait so that was a plus. Customer service is hard but if a customer is nice please be nice back ! Clean, safe area, great food, convenient place.
They're well staffed for lunch and the quality of the sandwich surpasses other stores in the franchise. Hard to find anywhere nowadays! Great job y'all!
