Our service was impeccable. The food was delicious. The prime dip was the best sandwich I've had in a very long time. The chicken alfredo was a tad dry and could have used more sauce. So I'd ask for extra. The cilantro rice was also very good. I also discovered I LOVE Sam Adam's Cherry Wheat Ale. 🍒 I'm definitely drinking that more. Three cheese Pene pasta was great as well.
Had to place a to go order, but it wouldn't let me pick the time I needed. I arrived as soon as they opened. Explained the situation and what time I needed it by so I could get it back to Alma hospital in time for lunch. They were all so very kind and helpful. I was out early with the food and on my way!! I made it in time and was able to enjoy lunch with my loved one. The steak was over cooked...but still edible, that's why the 4 star on the food. I would definitely recommend just for the kind employees alone.
Really great place, although they are skimping on their beer cheese... it was only half full, and I am one to really dunk my pretzels🤭😋
We came in at 9:53 pm, not knowing that the restaurant closed at 10 pm. The host smiled and said, "welcome, come on in." She could have easily said, "sorry, were closed." Instead they welcomed us in! Leah was our waitress and she was very kind and got our orders with a big smile. She brought the kids meals out first, knowing that they were hungry. Amazing service! Great attitudes from staff. Very impressed with the amazing service we got...even at closing time. Incredible!
We walked in five minutes before they opened not realizing it because we are never out that early. This nice lady still opened the door for us and welcomed us inside even tho they weren’t quite open yet. Then our food was amazing!! And cheap! The service was outstanding! Will be going back!
Started off with my sandwich having all the toppings falling off due to rushed assembling however the manager swapped the sandwich out without any issues and even gave me a coupon for next time as an apology... The food was epic and even made my fiance (who has boycotted Applebee's for years now) fall in love with them again and even asked to go back again. Very satisfied and will make this place top on our list of rotations!!!
Friday night dinner rush. We sat at the bar. Our order was taken almost immediately. Even though they were busy our food was served timely and cooked perfectly. The steaks were juicy and tender. I love their mashed potatoes.
Absolutely 💯 loved the atmosphere took my 2 year old granddaughter. She shared the all can eat wings with me.😉she ate most of the fries and that's saying something because she's picky. 5-Stars from us thank you
The only thing we didn't like were the garlic wings they were far too strong so we stuck to the honey BBQ they were a big hit
What a great experience we had. Meea was fast, friendly, and just an all around great person that really gave us a wonderful dining experience. Our meals came incredibly quickly at lunch time and were 100% correct and hot. All of the employees were helpful and friendly, establishment was very clean and bathrooms were stocked. Will return next week when we are in the area again. Thank you MEEA
I took my son to Applebee’s tonight for bud 21st birthday when nothing else was open. We sat at the bar and were served by Tessa. Though we got there just 50 minutes before closing, Tessa was so kind, patient, and helped my son figure out a drink that he would like after I picked him out a drink that he did not like.
I would return to this location just to make sure I got the quality service that Tessa provides.
Good food and service. Just an update. We stopped in on our way to shop and I tried their new quesadilla salad and it was wonderful. I had tried it at the Midland location and it was terrible not worth it but I thought I'd try it again. Very tasty and filling would recommend.
I ate dinner at this establishment with curbside to go. I ordered two dinners for a reasonable price, and one of my side dishes were forgotten. Needless to say, the management at this place is SUPERB. I gave them a call and immediately the manager took control of the mistake and even awarded me a gift card as well as my missing side (which was delicious). Thank you Mt Pleasant AppleBees for this incredible experience of hospitality and fantastic customer service. Especially thanks to manager Buddy and my to go service provider, Arianna.
Daily drink specials posted nicely and honored even on a holiday. Service was fast and friendly including host who was pleasant and informative. Had chicken and it was juicy and good temperature.
Signage on door stated national promo running for movie tickets was not being honored due to local theaters not accepting them. Disappointing.
It is truly a neighborhood grill because I feel like I'm at home every time I go. And the food is to die for. The service is so good I almost forgot to mention the food. Wow!
We had the Fiesta lime chicken. It was delicious. The chicken breast was nice and juicy. The chips(crispy and small) and sauce the chicken laid on were good.. It had a tiny bite. The Pico was delicious .it came with a good-sized amount of rice. Our server, Amanda, was nice even though she was having a rough day due to customers seating themselves. Another great time at Applebees.
