Mark is an amazing Manager & our Customer Service today, on our 9 year wedding anniversary was amazing. I'm so super sorry, I forget her name, but our waitress was so super polite, had such a wonderful personality, & upsold us on our meal perfectly. 10/10 Customer Service & a very exceptional experience overall. Will be back. 🧡
Overall very nice experience for a format restaurant chain. Both had chicken sandwiches with F fries. Very good. Service was par with expectations. We live nearby and haven’t visited this location. We will return, for sure. I do recommend
First time going there. Will be going back. The food was amazing! It was like a flavor trip to an exotic location south of the border. When we had a question about menu items the waitress was very helpful and accommodating. The waitress was attentive and had great suggestions that we were not disappointed with. We will be going back for sure
Me and my wife Love this Buffalo Wild Wings! They have the best wings and loaded fries. Unlike most of the other restaurants in town, like Applebee's witch CLOSES AT 9:00, BWs is open until 12 witch makes it the best place in town to watch a game. Also, the waiters are the best in Mt Pleasant, attentive but never to pushy. Unlike Texas Roadhouse which hires some very "strange" waiter's. Overall the best place in Mt Pleasant to eat out!
Took my family out for dinner and had a great experience. Service was fantastic from the moment I stepped into the restaurant to the moment I pause my bill. Everyone was friendly and food tasted great! Will be back again.
Perfect dining experience! Our server was quick and super attentive, food came out quickly and I absolutely suggest the Buffalo tots. This was the perfect place to come watch college football, great location!

I love BWW and this one is the best one I’ve been to for service. Chelsea was so kind to my family and kids. It’s not easy to take two small kids out to eat, and they made us feel very comfortable.
Our server was named Trent he was spot on gave great recommendations and provided excellent service. The food was hot fresh and delicious

Always have a great experience here. The staff is always friendly and so helpful when I’m not sure what to get! The general manager even comes to my table when I’m there to see how my food is. Will be back again for sure!
Great experience. I was in town on business and arrived on a Sunday, looking for a place to watch my beloved Browns. The staff was unbelievably accommodating, not only to myself, but the other 3 or 4 people next to me that all wanted to watch their teams. Even put the audio on for the Browns game. Ice cold beer, fast service, and hot food-even hotter wings. Met some really good people today. I will definitely be back!

Chili cheese fries: 4/5 (barely any beans on it but tastes delicious)

Place was packed but food was coming out at a good pace. My sever never let my drink go empty. The atmosphere is amazing. Vibes are high.
I always rate bww 5 stars because it is always enjoyable. Regardless if it is up north or down south. Food and service was excellent as always. I got boneless chicken with buffalo dry rub and fries as per usual and it never disappoints.
