We had visited Stan’s during a visit to the water park. We were greeted with a smile & taken care of promptly which was great because the temperature was 85 outside and the cooks in back were working in 105 degree in kitchen . They still served us and all patrons that came in and made sure we were taken care of and the food was delicious and large portions . Definitely will stop by again .

So we found this place via Google maps. Upon reading a couple of reviews we gave it a try. Theresa was an amazing waitress as the review had said. And the breakfast was phenomenal! We will be back again and again!

So many memories! Stan's was part of my waitressing days at CMU. If you need a great homestyle breakfast with an endless cup of coffee and on site fresh baked bread stop in. And the waitstaff was very friendly and prompt.

Best turkey noodle soup and love the homemade bread with the turkey. Breakfast is good as well as many other items. Has a lot of history as a diner. My grandparents met here as they both worked here.

Service was fine. What, do you need them to hold your hand? The service is fine, food is good, location is awesome. Wish they'd stay open for breakfast at night.

One of the greatest dine in dives I've been too. Corn beef hash extra crispy was fire!! Not sure if the bread is homemade or not but it is delicious!

Good food. Lovely service. Friendly people. No rush on the bill– as always. A favorite spot to eat for breakfast. They are always appreciated. And if y'all haven't yet, try the blueberry muffin –grilled!

Stopped in for breakfast. This place was quaint as well as having an awesome breakfast. Would stop by again for breakfast or lunch next time we're in Mt Pleasant. The smaller restaurants offer so much more than the big retail ones.

Needs updating of the interior ASAP!!! Great servers, great attitudes, great food. Needs a whole new face-lift. The booths are broken down. You can only sit in one spot. Otherwise, you sink in. The carpet is 20+ years old. Put a little money into the resturaunt!!! It won't take much, it needs it badly.

Great service. Excellent hand Pattied burger with grilled bun- each bite was pure perfection. Crinkle fries also wonderful. A great greasy spoon burger. Will return. Nice children’s options and a great small town feel. Our server was friendly, great with children and pointed me towards the burger. Oh and bonus points my kid cleaned his whole plate which is rare. French toast and sausage patties. Really happy with our experience there and highly recommend.

Had a pick up order that was quick and food was pretty good. The price wasn’t what I expected, they said it was $9.50 for the two eggs hash brown and toast, their online menu shows it as $6.50. Would still recommend this place, just keep in mind the menu isn’t updated on price.

The service was great. The space is small though, but the food is so delicious. Our waitress was did a great job servicing us and getting our food out in a timely matter, even after some of our family members came late to eat with us.

My first time coming here, my daughter brought me, she said it was good food and she was right. Good service, really friendly. The restaurant itself is older and a little rough around the edges but the staff makes up for it. Would recommend.

Had a great breakfast and great service! Hats off to the patient staff as we could see they put up with a bunch of grief from the locals. Hang in there and keep making it happen.

My husband and I have been here four weekends in a row, because we are absolutely obsessed! Stan’s has become our new favorite homestyle breakfast, hotspot, in Mt. P and the surrounding area. The prices are unbeatable, the staff has always been extraordinary, going above and and in the food is absolutely amazing, every single time. We’ve never had a single issue, and have always had superior service. We will be returning customers for years to come!

One of Mt. Pleasant's hidden gems! Small cozy diner with nice staff. If you're looking for a place with REAL food, then this is the place. Not as packed as other places are "at least I've never came here and had to wait for a table". My omlete was cooked perfectly, loaded with veggies and you get to ask what kind of cheese you'd like. I love thier toast not too buttery and not too dry-toaste, my side of hash browns was perfect too, you can ask for them to be crispy if you wanted too. Coffe gets refilled a lot, so your mug is never empty. Super filling breakfast / brunch and totally worth the price. Highly recommends it.
