It's Arby's, so the food is not the same as other fast food. That being said, this one in Mt. Pleasant is really shoved in to a small lot space. it isn't the easiest place to work around and through. Food was good though and warm, so all in all a four star seems appropriate.
The food never looks like it shows on the menus, but it sure tastes how it looks! I got the classic beef and cheese, and it was filling and delicious. Along with the sandwich, I got a vanilla shake, which was also S tier. 😋 highly recommend.

We visited Arby's in Mt. Pleasant, MI yesterday at 2:17 p.m. The lady that took our order was very nice and polite. She asked if we wanted any sauces and we replied yes, the Arby's sauce and the Horsie sauce. Then we get to the window. That girl indicated our bill was $44.09, I asked, "what?" (That price was impossible for our order.) It turned out to be $24.09 (which also seemed high. ) We'd ordered 1 French dip (with coupon price of $7 and some cents), and 2 classic roast beef at $5.99 with coupon, I believe). We get home and find she'd charged us for TWO french dips (but only gave us the au jus for ONE. And absolutely NO Arby's sauce and NO horsie sauce. But she did remember to charge us the $1 for No kids hungry. This is the second time recently that we've not received the sauces. An Arby's without the sauce is not what we wanted, lol. Oh, and the receipt under "employee" says Eric...I doubt either woman (the nice, polite one that took our order OR the one that tried to way over charge us was probably named "Eric".
It's walking distance from work for me. The food is good for what it is. They want you to order pretty quickly, so it's better if you already know what you want. But you have to stand in front of the counter to do that because no menus posted elsewhere, so that's a bit annoying. It's always clean.
Always good, took a little long but worth the wait
My favorite Arby's! The service is always above and beyond and I have never had a wrong order.

Because of coupons sent in the mail, we were able to get plenty of food (mains, appetizers, and shakes for three people) for under $14 usd! We also accidentally confused them on what shakes we wanted, and they very kindly fixed the error for us. The food was delicious and hot, and it has become one of my favorite quick service places to eat at. ☺
Good food. My biggest issue is their packing- they ALWAYS put my napkins and/or fries right on top of buffalo chicken sliders. Seriously, they need to be more careful or bag/package them differently.
Tried the new smokehouse garlic aioli prime rib sandwich. Liked the meat but didn't care for the sauce. You could tell the fries had been sitting for awhile! Couldn't eat them. Never really have a bad meal at Arby's but I have to say I was a little disappointed on this one! Especially for the price!!! Maybe next time!
Good food just messed up order 1 time out of like 30. So they are good in my book
They are very friendly and fast.
They normally get most of my order right; although they do tend to forget your Au jus sauce when you order a French dip. The food has been hot every time I’ve been here and this includes the fries. Second best fast food chain in mount pleasant as far as I’m concerned.
The atmosphere isn't necessarily what I would consider "clean," but oh boy I sure do love Arby's. The team here is pretty shy, but friendly, and always willing to make the situation right if you're having issues. Overall great food and great service, just don't be alarmed if your shoes start sticking to the floor
