The employees they have at this location right now are very nice. Yes, the lobby closed and it's mainly drive thru, but if you're short staffed drastically, I totally understand. My coffee always tastes amazing and the donuts are fresh. I'd cut them some slack considering this location literally has only 3 workers. Where as the Pickard location has 10, with considering the Manager runs both stores, so where's the even-ness in that? No wonder the Pickard Store has better business..

After visiting the other location and them being out of everything we wanted, we drove to Mount Pleasants 2nd location. Service was fantastic. Food was hot and fresh. I couldn't ask for a better breakfast! 5Stars!!! GREAT JOB

i would Have given 0 stars if i could. Only put 5 so this would be at the top and not with the 1 star reviews. Every time I come to this specific tim hortons I am late to work. I leave my house 30mins early, takes me less than 5mins to get there and less than 5mins to my job but in that 20mins this store always makes sure i am late. It’s like a goal they have. Today i was in line for over 20mins and when i got to the window i said “I’m already late for work now is my stuff ready or should i just Go” the employee looked around and said yeah just go it isn’t ready. The guy in front of me waited 20mins for just 1 sandwich. The drive through needs to be fixed so you can leave and not be forced to sit there and wait. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to wait and be late to work just because this store didn’t have bagels or the right things to make my coffee but you punish me by making sit there and be late. It’s honestly ridiculous that the store can change their hours(not on the google page just tape it to their drive through box like they don’t already inconvenience me) but not change the horrible drive through situation. It’s completely unacceptable that i spend So much money at Tim Hortons and it takes 20+mins for a ice coffee. From now on, I have to drive to Pickard to get acceptable service. I have never had a single issue at the location. I’m normally not the one to review but this is an everyday problem and the biggest part of the job is service and it is below decent. I shouldn’t expect to be late to work everyday by stopping at the store closest to my work. As a fast food manager for the past 5 years, I cannot believe how slow the service is in this “fast food” place. Disappointing and time wasting.

Great breakfast sandwiches! Loved the new blueberry waffle sandwich! The hash brown sticks could be improved. I guess they taste freezer burnt and slightly hardened every time. I dunno...

Love Tims coffee. They ran out of dark roast could not finish filling the cup. No break on price was ask if we wanted to w a it on a fresh pot or top off with regular. We went with reg cause he didn't want to wait.
