When I use the app I feel like they could have the food in the bag ready to go when I pull up to the window. I order when I am on my way there and it's already paid for so you would think that they would not wait until I get to window to get my meal together. I am a little impatient I suppose 😂

The speakers they use in the drive through definitely need to be upgraded. They can’t hear anything you say. It’s also near impossible to understand what they are saying. The service is good. Just wish they would spend a couple bucks on a decent speaker.

One of our best TB experiences to date. Barb was an amazing brand ambassador for the M20 store, helped us get the best value on our order, up sold in a professional manner, and made sure our order was correct. Additionally, the order was hot, fresh, and ready almost immediately after we paid. The only observation was that really obvious portioning differences between two orders of guacamole sides but would still order again.
Needed to grab something fast before checking into the waterpark next door and this did not disappoint. There was actually good quality food for this corporate chain. I am giving 5 stars for the food and also the delightful person that was working the drive thru around 4:15 p.m. on Thursday 1/12/23. She was so sweet and had the best attitude. I love this taco bell I usually prefer it to the one on mission. But I've noticed theres no care in the make of the food lately. I asked for a crunchwrap with extra nacho cheese and when I ate it it was almost as if there was just meat & lettuce on it. Disgusting I paid for extra to have less.
