The lady was really nice, they weren't making anymore crispy chicken for the night but we pulled up and had a mobile order and they put it in anyway even though it was for the chicken, even though they were getting ready to close and it took a 10 minutes wait, while we waited the lady running the window even offered us a free drink while we waited. Food was fresh and hot
This Burger King always have such nice people at the window, which is rare nowadays. The food is decent and the service is usually always good.
Always friendly staff. Always get my special order correct in the morning.

I was there last night around 10:30 with my boyfriend and friend, with 2 separate orders and only 3 employees on the floor. They did amazing and got it out pretty decently fast for what I was expecting. I don’t know any of their names but the guy taking our orders was awesome and patient with us, since we aren’t the brightest bunch. He had amazing customer service with only 2 others to help. I didn’t get a chance to talk to the other 2 but they did an amazing job getting our orders out as fast as they did.
It's Welcome Back Weekend and all Mt Pleasant residents now how busy that is. Some friends and I decided to go get some food last night, and we ordered quite a bit. The employee on the headset (Devan) politely informed us they only had three employees, and yet with the business and stress of running an understaffed restaurant, our food was still prepared quickly, accurately, and handed off to us in a friendly manner. Much different to my experience at another Burger King in town, I am impressed by the service of the night crew on 9/27/21 and will be returning to this restaurant in the future. Definitely recommended for travellers passing through Mount Pleasant on Mission 😁

The food was pretty good before I found out how many dietary restrictions I have to maintain, it would be nice if they still sent us ads by mail. We haven't gotten any in years and I love their shakes since most of the cereal is corn based not wheat.
For a fast food restaurant, it was really good. Happy and friendly employees, efficient ordering and quick food ready time. The food was hot, restaurant was clean, and atmosphere was relaxed. Well done.
Ran out of Coke Zero from the Freestyle fountain, but that's pretty common.
There was no ketchup dispenser, but they had plenty of ketchup packets in a bin.
Went to the drive thru wasn't busy in the morning services was good.
Favorite BK, The staff and Management are super nice. Always go above and beyond, at least for us. We also treat them with kindness. A smile goes a long way. The Guy who runs the store during the day, always friendly and always smiles. Energetic and is always on his toes. The young women from last evening (12/19/19) she was also friendly and extremely nice. This place has been our go to since we moved here. We Love Mount Pleasant and Burger King ( this one specifically).
This location (off mission st.) has fast friendly service & hot product. Occasionally we get pulled forward on our chicken orders, but never have a lengthy wait. And as long as I have been a customer (15yrs)they have NEVER gotten my order wrong👍keep up the great service🥇
