No reason to go anywhere else in Mount Pleasant! Night life has hit downtown! Amazing pizza. It's all about the crust and wood fire cooking. For me, that makes the pizza. The toppings (and trust me, they are putting on the best combinations) give you the love at first bite we all know when we taste it, but it's the crust that puts it all together! You want to get another slice! Don't expect to leave the pizza bones on the plate, my friends! It's all worth it. Salads are worth combining and sharing. The atmosphere is charming and welcoming, staff is attentive and TRULY friendly, and wine, cider, and beer offerings are commendable! But SAVE Room the the sweet endings. Perfect place to dessert and a movie, if you ate at home.

In a small rural east Texas town like Mount Pleasant you just don't expect to stumble upon a gem like Nardello's. This place is something you would expect to find in a city like Austin. A pizza tavern? You bet. A great selection of wines, (many are local), craft beer, and incredible unique pizza made in a custom wood-fired oven. The menu is small which keeps quality high and the food consistent, a hand full of pizza choices and topping, three sandwiches, some salads, and what they call small plates which are more or less appetizers. Pizzas only come in a 12 inch as of now, perfect for two people. And the pizza is different than the usual cardboard chain restaurant fare. The crust is outstanding and the sauce has a sweet edge to it that is unusual but makes Nardello's the stand out that it is.

Wow. You knock it out of the ballpark with your menu and service. Thank you for an enjoyable evening last night. Appetizers, salads, pizzas and desserts. Fantastic meal. Fantastic service. Fantastic place. Well worth my visit from Dallas. I'm spreading the word. Nardello's is worth a day trip from DFW.

Finally got the chance to check out the pizza yesterday. It's was so AMAZING we went back today and we brought friends! The atmosphere and the food are excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience fun. Our waitress yesterday was Courtney and she is the bomb diggity and our waitress today, I failed to get her name (sorry), was just as wonderful! If you want a fun time while eating great food we highly recommend Nardello's!

Beautiful place, has a nice atmosphere, was pleasantly surprised. The inside has a beautiful set up, the waitress that helped me was outstanding with a great personality. As for the pizza, well, like I said to the waitress, " that's pretty legit". Is it exactly like NY or NJ? No, is it a great pie? Yes, loved it, and will be a devoted customer.

I was born and raised in Texas but have lived in LA for the past 17 years. I recently came out to visit my Grandaddy who has lived in Mount Pleasant all his life and to my surprise I found Nardello's!!! It was like a charming Southern Californian wine bistro had transplanted in Mount Pleasant! I'm already looking forward to my next visit and what we get to try next off your menu! Thank you for the great food, top-notch service and absolutely wonderful experience!

As a margarita pizza connoisseur I was slightly disappointed. In my experience, the perfect margarita pizza has the right amount of sauce, fresh mozzarella, olive oil, basil, perfect crust and tomatoes. This pizza had perfect crust, basil and tasty sauce. It didn't have fresh tomatoes, the mozzarella didnt melt quite right and it was dripping sauce. I'll be trying the veggie pizza next but hey, don't get me wrong, best pizza place in town, since we are comparing to little Caesars. 4 stars cause the oven is awesome and the guy twirling pizza dough created a nice atmosphere.

Today while making a store run I stopped into Nardello's for the salad and sandwich lunch special. I ordered salad with standard vinaigrette, and chose to go with the meatball sandwich. When the menu says 'signature house made' meatballs, I feel obligated to give it a try. The hoagie roll was not toasted as I would expect with a saucey sandwich, but it held up well. The meatballs are tender and we'll cooked although the sauce and cheese tend to over power the taste at times. All in all it is a good combination of salad and sandwich for a lighter lunch choice. I will rate this visit as a 3 but will have to come back for the pizza. That is what I'm told they do best. Update Apr 7 2022. Tonight we went in to try the Ahi Tuna special that had been posted for this weekend. Even as a person who has little regard for fish, this was a fabulous dish. The sesame peanut dressing drizzled over the greens was a perfect compliment to the exemplary cooked Tuna. I also ordered the bourbon plum sauce glazed pork chop. It was moist, tender and equally as pleasing. The restaurant was packed and the service personnel were still very attentive and happy. I have nothing negative to say about any part of the evening. They have gone from a steady 4 star to 5 tonight.

Walked in by chance. SO GLAD. This restaurant is amazing. I had the goat cheese burger. My wife had the hog hunter pizza. Both were so delicious, we decided to come back tomorrow before we head back home to Dallas. The fries are the best…. Sea salt and perfect. The service was impeccable, and the hostess wore some very cool bell bottoms……. Lol We highly recommend this place!!!

Our first time to Mt Pleasant, Texas and we found this quaint pizza place Nardello’s. We ordered 2 pizzas and hummus. Their food was tasty and their service was good. I gave it four stars because I thought the pizza could use a little bit more topping. They are also pet-friendly on the patio. It’s located on the town square. The courthouse across the street plays music from the rooftop and so we walked the square after eating. It's May and the town is filled with blooming red roses! Check out all of my pics to get the feeling!

We stumbled upon Nardello’s on our first trip to Mt Pleasant and we loved it so much that we made a point of coming back the next time we were in the area. I got the Millennial pizza and the hummus both times. High marks for both. Great beer selection and fabulous service.

This place had the best salmon fettuccine I’ve ever had. I love salmon, and I love fettuccine, but I had never had them together. So I decided to try it out, and I cannot tell you how impressed I was. Blown away. I highly recommend this place. I have paid for Chik Fil a for the same price it was to feed my family of 5 at this place, so it’s also very affordable. And the atmosphere is beautiful as well.

So so good. The chips were the best I've had ...nice a crispy. Fish sandwich had the best flavors as did the pickle. Can't wait to go back and try their pizza. Will be going again for sure...🤙
