I understand that they get busy so I cut them some slack but 30 min for 2 shakes is ridiculous. I was in the drive through line and at least 3 cars behind me got they’re food way before I did. Bad service at this location.

I came to pick up a DOOR DASH ORDER for a customer. I saw employees riding around the parking lot with no care in the world people leaving because the orders were taking to long. I think management needs to fire,hire, and retrain.

Horrible experience, the order was right on the screen even though I could not hear the guy at all. The order came out wrong and I had to send both kids burgers back. An eternity later they came back and one of the burgers was still wrong. We had to leave after waiting forever. I would not recommend
