Got pistachio grapenut icecream and eggnog grapenut icecream. The eggnog flavor was amazing, it tasted a little like rum and raisin as well. The pistachio flavor was a bit disappointing as I was told it was the store's best flavor but the pistachio tasted off to me.
The verity of ice cream is amazing.
Wish there were more lactose choices for my wife to enjoy, but she still enjoyed the selection she had.
Best ice cream shop in this area. They have unique flavors like egg nog, rum rasin.
The line is sometimes long but it moves fast since they have a lot staff working behind the counter. The staff here is very nice and patient.
Have loved this place for over 30 years! While I no longer live in NY, I try to go by whenever I'm in the area.

First of all they had no business being so nice to meeeeee ! Great customer service, I asked so many question (asking what’s this what’s that) and they answered with no judgement. I wish I didn’t live so far from this place it would’ve been my go to 😍 I recommend the soursop & grapenut.
I was told about this location that they have great caribbean flavor ice cream so I had sort of a high expectation. I live in NJ and I havent found anywhere there that have caribbean flavored ice cream so I gave this store a try. its located in mount Vernon ny. I purchased 5 different flavors to try out. my wife and I gave them a try and the ice cream was ok. I'm used to rum raisin to have that slight rum soaked raisins in it and these weren't very bland just ice cream and raisin was very disappointed on that. Grapenut was ok. I will return to give the store a try again I notice they carry BELGIAN WAFFLES with ice cream toppings and freshly squeeze fruit juices. Customer service was great very friendly individuals and the store carry pastries and other product from the Caribbean checking out for yourselves.
So many flavours So little time!!! I couldn't believe the flavourful lineup to include Jamaican rum raisin, Grapenuts, Straberry shortcake, etc. There are prepackaged of various sizes or pack on the spot. Cones and more options to include frosted cakes. I enjoyed all the testers which were deep with flavor impact and very creamy. A real Wow! 💯
Although there is no place to sit down and enjoy your ice cream this place still gets a solid 5 star. The icecream is the best I've ever had. Usually there is a line but the service is so fast you don't even realize. My fav from here would have to be the vanilla. I say that because there are several options on the menu that have it ( rumraisin, cookie dough, cookie and cream etc ). Inside they also have a juice bar that is very delicious. I frequent whenever I am in town.
I actually never been here before and I found that it was very refreshing. I have been looking for a smoothie place. The smoothie bar barista TT was very nice and gave the perfect suggestion when I told her what i liked. The small smoothies are 7 and completely worth it. The fruits and veggies are fresh. it was very nice.i think they are the best smoothies spot in Mount Vernon
Great variety and service. They have soy ice cream, sugar free ice cream and regular ice cream as well as healthy juices. They also have a nice selection of cakes. Definitely a place to go to for some ice cream.
It would be nice if they could add a bench outside the venue so one can sit and enjoy the ice cream.

I ordered their Rum Raisin Grapenutt ice cream it was really creamy and tasty. They offer both Caribbean flavors and regular flavors you’d find anywhere else and on the side a juice bar that makes smoothies, etc. I’m so glad they are still around, I use to go often as a child.
Best Ice cream ever! Its so smooth and rich. I tried grapenut and egg nog grapenut and both flavors were delicious, couldn't pick a favorite.
Birthday cake was decorated nicely by staff from the ice cream Factory. My brother enjoyed his bday 🎂.....👍🇯🇲💙😋
I frequent most of the juice bars in Mount Vernon...this one is not only good but it's open late and also on Sundays as well.
