They moved across the street and took out the seating, it sucks for paying customers though however better for the image. It’s fast food so it’s basic as well however the servers are awesome and the wait isn’t long
All the reviews complaining about homeless people are out-of-date. All the seats were removed during the pandemic; they have moved diagonally across the street, and there are no seats in the new location.
First time at this location (I live in Yonkers ) and I swear it was the BEST experience I’ve ever had a coffee shop. Dunkin’ - give Amil a raise! Im an avid Starbucks drinker but I’ll switch up if service was always this great. Such a pleasant experience!
employees are very sweet, and always prepare my order right when i order online.
Kept fairly clean inside and out. The pickup counter is not in a convenient place but they have plenty of room to sit and enjoy your coffee or other snacks and drinks. Service is pretty good as far as stopped is concerned. The app does need improvement to show prices correctly before the check out pages.
Good place! Food is alright! But didn't have what I needed at this time.
Really good. Although if you have T-Mobile Tuesdays. You can get the free latte but with the free donut when you go to tell Dunkin won't work because you can't use two coupons

Love the staff especially Ashley nobody makes a better cup of coffee than her. Only problem is its a hang out spot so u can't sit down to enjoy a cup of coffee. But Ashley and the girls in the evening makes it worth your while
Was ok , I ordered donut holes and out of 20 they gave me 8 glaze and 12 chocolate so definitely ask for an assortment.
Vanessa and Stephanie are great!! They only work overnight though, so if you want to meet them, go after midnight.
The service was wonderful and cheerful. The drinks were well made as well as the food. Every one was friendly and fast!
