The is delicious. So far, I love this place. They do run out of food quickly, and I understand why. Parking is tough.
We ordered lunch (curry goat, stew chicken, and escovetich fish) on our back down to Maryland. The food was nice, especially the goat and fish. Will try again next time we are in NYC.
Fish & Things is by far one of my favorite places to get food from. The staples are great but the spin the chef puts on the other dishes is amazing! Sorrel ginger salmon, lobster & shrimp Rasta pasta, curry salmon, sweet chili shrimp. There is a true talent in the way the food is prepared and I’m glad I get to have it. Always a full and satisfied customer!
The food is well prepared. Truly very flavorful. Food has a great aroma that just draws you in. I’ve been eating there for couple years. I’ve eaten everything on their menu. I’ve had their breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Chef Dwight is amazingly talented. I use his services for catering for all my events and refer to others as well. If you want an absolutely mouth watering meal this would be the place.

I have ordered on multiple occasions and was never disappointed. I mainly order for pickup catering size orders if I'm having a gathering etc.

This the staple Jamaican restaurant a lot of others should follow. They have elite customer service, every time I go there they make you feel welcome, they engage, they smile and that’s huge. The food is immaculate. They’ve got a wide range of variety. I love how the chef puts his spin on some of these dishes it’s quite pleasing. I’m giving Oracabessa an undisputed 5 stars.. Breakfast, lunch or dinner you’re in good hands this spots the real deal. We need more locations! 💯

I really wanted to give them a 5 star because I only came for the food but the attitude was disgusting. The goat head was the best I had In very long time, the “bok Choy” was really good too. Will return to try other options on the menu.

I gave 5 stars.. Because they’re efficient, courteous, clean, and their food especially the jerk chicken and fish in all their creative dishes are delicious, yummy, and presentation is epic. They deserve an award.

The food is amazing, the portions are huge and the customer service is great. Most Jamaican restaurants don’t have good service but Oracabessa Fish and Things do. I come from over the Tappan Zee Bridge and pay toll to come to this place because I know I get my money’s worth and I won’t be disappointed.
I usually get the ackee and salt fish but I tried other things including the oxtail, rice and peas and fried chicken. Always fire. Trust me when I say it’s worth it.
When I tell you great food I mean greeaatttt food. I'm going to be a bit bias cause this is one of my all time fave food and they make it the best just try dem stew peas it's to die for!
The food from this place was so delicious. We pulled up at about midday on a Sunday and everything was freshly cooked and smelled so good.
