All DnD's are not the same! Here was great! A really friendly, cool staff & well cooked donuts if you know what I mean. Other places serve donuts undercooked in the middle. I'll go there now.
This is one of the better of the franchise. Everytime my order comes out great and I always have a great experience at this Dunkin donuts. Thank you for making my ice or hot drinks fabulously delicious. Your customer service is a wonderful experience. Continue to do what you do
Guy was nice enough to come out and bring me my drink since the person in front of me didn't know what they wanted to order. Nearest scared the life out of me tho. I'm grateful. Got the aPp and went to retrieve my FREE drink of choice.
The BEST DD in Mount Vernon!! Always a friendly fresh faced staff who are always in a good mood. Food is good. The drinks are excellent and always made the same each time. Want a good Matcha? Ask India to make it!!

The line at the drive-thru is long at times but their coffee makes up for the wait. Everything is made properly. Delicious!
Great location and love that it has a parking lot AND drive thru. Their dark roast tastes like dark roast and they always get my order right. Nice and friendly staff. Had one bad experience with a staff member. It's life, never have to see her again in my life so, whatever 😂
I came here with my niece. I've had unpleasant experiences at this Dunkin Donuts in the past with staff being rude so I was a little apprehensive at first. I was surprised when I was greeted with a smile by Kevin. He was engaging and friendly. He went above and beyond to make our experience here pleasant. Thanks Kevin!!
Good workers. Fast and when you have a problem they fix it. Had an issue with less jelly in the donuts guess what? More jelly the next week in all the donuts. Great job Dunks
