One of the BEST Thai places to visit. Super good food with great portions. Try dining in, you can watch them cook the food and the staff is really great. If you like it spicy, they can bring the heat! We will be new frequent visitors đ
We go out of our way to eat at Rachawadee! If you can envision a hole in the wall place, this restaurant is that picture. Theyâve done a great job of running as a takeout only place due to such limited space inside. Enough of that, because the food is the true star. They offer the food you expect from a Thai restaurant, but made with way more love and passion. The dishes are bursting with flavor. Be very careful with the spice scale. If youâre the type that likes to sweat when you eat, they can make it happen! I can usually handle 2+ at other places. 1 star us plenty of spice for me here.
Unbelievably good Thai in the most unexpected of places. Food is fresh and the flavors are amazing and well balanced. Their spice scale is 2x all others and they tell you this when ordering. We go here anytime we are in the area. Friendly staff.
My partner and I went out of our way to visit this restaurant (which is about an hour's drive from us) after seeing raving reviews.
We each got a different curry- he went with a medium spice level and I went with mild. The place runs spicy, like they say, and I found my mild yellow curry to be still plenty spicy enough (for me) and delicious. The portions were plenty big, too. I brought half of mine home as leftovers.
The restaurant is very small, but don't let that keep you from stopping by. If you're claustrophobic or concerned with proximity, I suggest ordering your food to go and taking it to the riverside park right outside- there are plenty of tables nearby. It'swhat we did when we visited, because inside, every seat was taken by clearly happy customers. đ
I can't wait to go back and try something else from their menu- we will definitely make the trip again!
Ordered takeout for lunch and it did not disappoint. We ordered Tom Yum Soup, Phad Kee Mao (one vegetarian & one chicken), Vegetarian Red Curry with brown rice and Chicken Mussamum Curry - all medium spicy. It was perfect balance of flavor and spice. Everything tasted very fresh.
Portions were decent as well and well worth the price. Would 10/10 recommend.

My friends have been singing this places praises for a while so I felt I urge to give them a try when I was in Mt.V this week.
They are doing to-go orders only and have a guy posted up at the front to take your order. The menu states that they are spicier than other places, and this was absolutely correct! When I ordered the pad kee mao with one star he adviced me that itâs already a dish thatâs spicier than others on their menu, and was I sure I wanted one star. As a spice wuss, I dropped down to half star. And boy, I was happy I did. It was exactly what I would have expected for a one star, so heeding their advice is probably a great idea for other dishes as well!
The balance of the dish was great! Enough tofu, noodles, and veggies to feel satisfied with each portion. It was super yummy, even so as leftovers two days later! If I was in town again I donât know if I would pick this over trying a new place, but if I wanted specifically Thai, Iâd absolutely just go here again over others.
Best Thai Food in Skagit County, beats out Snohomish and Whatcom County also!
