This park has been cleaned up a lot compared to how it’s been in the past. There are newer courts now, and a couple different playgrounds to choose from. It’s a great place to bring kids to play or to take dogs on a walk. The only reason I knocked a star off is because it’s not too uncommon to have

Large, beautiful park with areas for many different activities. There are both wooded areas (with some small trails) and open areas that would be great for a picnic. They have buildings for rent, with the lodge being the largest and most attractive. It's basically a large log cabin with an attached
Went to Skagit Valley for the tulip festival and enjoyed the annual Kiwanis Barbecue Salmon fundraiser. Tasty dinner included baked potato, coleslaw, garlic bread, lemonade or coffee. The volunteers provided great customer service as well! They also had a dog friendly patio.
Beautiful park! I love the trees and the activities that they have every once in a while like the salmon Barbecue in April! That Salmon Barbecue is very tasty
One of the best public parks in the area... if it only had a water feature. Also the drinking fountains don't work.
For 67 years the Kiwanis Club has put on a weekend salmon BBQ dinner during the April tulip season. My brother and I really enjoyed the meal and our short visit to the park.
Great little park especially when it's hot, a good majority of the play ground is shaded . Great little hiking trails to take little ones , not too crazy.
