3 amazing words - wood-fired pizza. In this case @amatoswoodfiredpizza in Delaware Ohio. I ordered a small with mozzarella, onion, green pepper, sausage, pepperoni. A wonderfully thin crust, crispy with all fresh toppings. Definitely a great pizza.
I absolutely love their pizza and have ordered it many times from the Delaware of location. This was the 1st time getting it from Mount Vernon . Unfortunately all 3 pizzas had notable spots that were burnt (see the pic). Thankfully upon contacting the manager they acknowledged there had been an issue and said they will be right on top of it. Based upon all the amazing pizza I have had from these folks previously over the years I'm looking forward to my return visit.
Fast service, great pizza, inexpensive. Loved the 22 craft beers on tap. Excellent happy hour!

Great pizza!!!! We had two families who shared a meatball appetizer, garlic/cheese bread & bruschetta bread. So fabulous!! Grandpa loved his Italian sausage sandwich as well. Pretty much ordered a wide variety off their menu and enjoyed it all. Definitely will come here again. ❤️
