Very happy every time we go to this location. Well staffed, which is surprising given how short handed places are. So friendly, and they always open the door for me to leave. Did an online order and was made quickly. And the pizza is excellent as well.

Papa John's in Mount Vernon, Ohio usually does an excellent job of getting food out on time, and often beats their stated delivery time. Staff is friendly and professional. Pizza was good but some how pd 4.90 for a 2 liter of mt dew should have went to knogers and got a 12 pack

Waited 1hr for my food and only received half of it. When I called to let them know, they couldn't get me anything for at least a hour. And could only credit me for the half they forgot! Safe to say they lost a customer, and papa was my favorite! Guess it's Crenos from here on out!
