Tuesday at lunchtime i had a very good experience with three servers at the drive through. The gal taking the order on the microphone was very competent and friendly taking my special order. Then the cashier was also pleasant. Next the gal handing out my order was friendly and made my day with her kind attitude and genuine smile. To management, good staffing choices.

They were very busy today. With some people not having power. They ran out of ice for the drinks. And the first time they got my order wrong. But fixed it. Above all.... I love the son of baconator. It's not too much. Just enough for me. It's awesome!
Great prices and selection with a menu that is updated often. The service us fast and the food is always fresh and how I ordered it.
The people inside were hustling to get the orders ready and prepared correctly. They were getting through the drive thru line in quick fashion. The order was correct and the food was delicious. The only thing being in such a hurry can cause is less customer service at the window itself. For example: The rep hands out the bag and drinks with only her game face on and does not say one word then hurries away from the window. A smile and a question like, is there anything else you may need like salt, pepper, ketchup, or any other condiments. Just saying! Stay safe and healthy!
We visited our daughter in Mt. Vernon today and she wanted to go to Wendy's for lunch. They forgot our daughter's sandwich in our order. However; when we went back they were so kind and apologetic. They even gave her free fries. Our food was hot and very good!
