Many times, when I have ordered, they for get one or more items. It's usually a sandwich, at $7.00 a sandwich . I usually drive back to town to get the missing item. Well, tonight same story, but they won't answer the phone. Not going back, I am done with this place!
Ordered the white cheddar Mac and cheese. Whoever portioned it that morning must have pets because it was covered in small hairs. Gross.
The manager was highly rude in adjusting the bill when they charged me for a sandwich I didn't order. She basically threw my food at me and the refund and then walked away. The food is just like any other Arby's. Customer service in this day and age is rare.
