We frequent this restaurant a lot. Top notch, super clean and always relaxing. We especially like the outdoor seating. The staff and management are great! One night we went in and one of the dining room gals went above and beyond. We ordered coffee and it was a hour before closing time. She smiled

The turkey avocado BLT was so good. I got mine on an Asiago bagel. The half sandwich was plenty because it was a full bagel. The pickles are always good at Panera too. I'm not a huge fan of their kettle chips or kettle chips in general. The service was fast and friendly. Would definitely return.

I used to work at this panera. The managers are very rude and I was scheduled full time but they gave me very little hours and had to move because nothing was changing. This Panera is the fastest I’ve ever been to. The workers were very kind and helpful. The place was well kept and clean. The food was delicious. I got an iced chai, choose two broccoli cheddar, and chipotle chicken avocado. I recommend going to it if you’re wanting a quick bite to eat!

If you are in highway 57. Great town to stop by Mount Vernon Illinois. So many restaurants and hotels. This brand new Panera Bread is a great stop with great services. I received free extra item because my was 1 minute late. 😆. So they take care of their customers.

The staff need to work on being more friendly. This location seems to be closed a lot due to staffing issues. The food is good though, however check your order before leaving, it seems like things get forgotten often. But, the food is great. I will be back.

Disappointed reason for the 1 start. Ordered and paid for two Greek Salad with chicken but when we open the order NO CHICKEN! The staff seems to be confused when we picked up the order from the window. Note the inside was closed and can only order via drive thru Waiting to pick up order, a lady
