Nice welcoming as I heard Hello upon entry.
Stations, refrigerator well filled and overall clean.
1. The employees might need an additional hand as during pick hours two ain't enough.
2. I rated 3 stars reviewed because during the rush the cashier forgot to change
Store is very clean and friendly staff! Food is always good at this particular location.
Last visit the menu had been switched up a bit.Food was good
I ordered through them on Doordash and they forgot items in my order. I tried to give them another chance and ordered through the subway app. They didn't start my order until a half hour after it was supposed to be ready for pick up. We ended up waiting an hour and a half for a pick up order.
At the time we went the toaster oven was not working so we could not toast our subs, which was not a big deal but they were good all the same.
They kept trying to give Me a BLT when I did not want that!
This was a clean store, with masks required, and social distancing encouraged. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic. Our sandwich was made just the way we requested. This was a pleasant experience at a chain restaurant that consistently does good work.
Sadly, I have to leave a 1 star review. How do you run out of bread by 3:30pm and none ready anytime soon? I have to wait another 200 miles to get a sub! 😫
I feel for every single customer stopping in for dinner. Sorry, folks!
