Do people not check what goes out the window anymore? I was always trained to check, double check, triple check when I worked in fast food. What is the point in getting a taco salad if it's missing the chilli and chips? So I have a lettuce/tomato bowl with salsa and sour cream. I depend on fast food
I'm giving this place a 2 because the food is actually better then most Wendy's I stop at. But I'm also giving it a 2 because you 100% have to always check your order at the window. (Don't even pull forward) Because they legit get the order wrong a good 75% of the time.
Came here for frostys. The vanilla one never should have been served. There was a very distinct difference between the Chocolate vs vanilla. The vanilla felt almost like an empty cup and was completely melted/warm. And it was handed to us in a sticky cup with it all over. Very sad that wasn’t caught
I love Wendy's food. I'm giving 3 stars because they are amazing when we bring our dogs through the drive through for their JBC treat. But when it is just us, every,single.time. order gets screwed up. I'm big on customer service, and going above and beyond for customers. My dogs get 5 star treatment
