I never leave online reviews, but I absolutely had to take note of the exceptional service provided by the staff at this Pizza Hut. I've placed two large orders in the past month, and in both cases, the people who prepared my order were incredibly kind and professional. Your customer service has earned you a loyal customer going forward!

This is the second time I have complained about this issue, the first time for this location. I ordered and paid for EXTRA bacon and EXTRA mushrooms. The person that picked the pizza up questioned the staff and they assured him this WAS extra. From the photo I took I can count 17, perhaps 18 mushrooms. Am I to believe that a normal pizza has less than that??The bacon looks pretty normal as well.

Attempt to be on time and do not put brand new people, first day, on the phone if they cannot answer any questions. The lady was very nice and trying, she was set up to fail.

Usually this is the best Pizza Hut around. This time the pizza was a mess. Had no onions or extra mushrooms like I asked and the cinnabons were hard and you could tell the Pizza dough was old. And all of it was room temperature NOT HOT!

Excellent food like always. Sometimes the age of the building makes it look dirty but the employees do a great job cleaning. Now let's end COVID and open the buffet!

We sometimes visit Pizza Hut for the lunch buffets. We are both vegetarian, so we usually make a couple salads and have a slice or two of vegetarian pizza. The salad bar was DISGUSTING. Everything was frozen and freezer-burned. Half the salad mix was still frozen. The carrots were literally frozen solid to the container..... doesn't seem even remotely fresh and made us worry about the safety of the food. Definitely skip this one..
