Usually Love the food but it took us 23 minutes to get our food. That's the longest it's ever took me and then the fries were warm the sandwiches were soggy. Won't be going back anytime soon. Oh by the way whoever owns this Arby's you might want to check your employees loyalty! Have a nice day!

So far the best staff on the drive trough i ever had. Keep up the good work guys! I hardly comment on review but this time I really satisfy with the costumer service. Arby’s you have a wonderful employee’s keep them and make them feel happy so that they may stay in your company.

Arby's food is among the most expensive around. You can eat at Bob Evans with dessert for less money than you can at Arby's. As a chain or a food quality seems to have declined substantially in the past 5 years.
Ordered sweet potato fries. Literally took one out of the bag as I pulled out of parking lot. They were cold.... way to go Arby's. Fast food doesn't mean cold food
