Reviews of Mcdonald's

You can definitely tell thru a headset when someone is hateful to you. We asked for a minute because my son is autistic and sometimes cannot make up his mind, which made the lady on the headset aggravated and aggressive with her order taking. I have not reviewed this McDonald's before when they got my entire order wrong. The second time when I watched them hand out a cheeseburger I just returned because it wasn't mine and had nothing on it....yes I went out the door and told the car they gave it too because I had opened the package.....it's the only one near my mom's or I would not go at all. This is the third time I have been here in a year of time since I try not to eat here.... read my other reviews if you think I'm wrong of other places. The food today was satisfactory.

Ordered online at 9:45, store hours posted were until 11. Arrived at 9:50 to see three cars in the drive-thru, so I joined the line. I was never greeted at the sign. When the last car got to the window, food was handed out, then all employees left the building and the lights went off. I had paid for my food, but was never even acknowledged by employees. There were even cars waiting behind me. Terrible service and a management problem if this is a regular occurrence!

We went through the drive through once & didn’t get all the food we ordered. After going back through, the customer service we received was terrible. The workers were rude & at the food window, the lady handing us our food did not say a word to us and was very stand-off ish. We didn’t receive a single “I’m sorry about that.” and (what I assume is) the manager said it was our fault for pulling away without our last bag when we were told the second bag we received was the last.

The cashier was a very pleasant and helpful young man. We were given a military discount. The staff was all professional the store was very clean. Food was hot and fresh. We came in towards closing and weren't rushed or looked at like they resented us. They all smiled politely and made us feel welcome. We're traveling to a new duty station and we're older,lol. This move has been exhausting and they made their restaurant feel like a welcome respite. That's rare these days. Please give your employees a big thank you from us! You don't know how much we needed that!

Made a stop here on our way home from Arkansas (the Natural state). The stop was for coffee, we left with drinks and pastries. Apple fritter was ok, but i would not choose to buy one again. Wait time here was not great. Drinks were good. Parking was also abundant here with a large mostly vacant lot behind McDonald's with only a homeless couple in a broke down car with an assortment of stuff collected around the car. And a couple of guys who did not speak english collecting trash and playing with a large snake they had found. I say they did not speak english because my attempt at communication failed. It was a decent experience buying drinks. The only way i would visit again would be by pure chance.
