Disappointed. Not very busy but staff was slow and looked like they didn't want to be there as well as they didn't know what they were doing. Very expensive for less food

The customer service wasn’t bad, but the food was not really good. It was dry and not very appetizing. I probably wouldn’t recommend.

Staff is awful. The Manager could care less about making your food on time (as promised online). He was also extremely rude to other customers. If you're looking for a sandwich do not go here.

I order here all the time and have never had an issue. I don’t know if these are new staff members but they are rude, especially the person with the braces.

Understaffed. I understand the lady frustration because I work in the food industry, but her being rude is VERY unacceptable. I don’t know her name but people will be more prone to waiting if you’re more pleasant with your approach.

I placed an order online to the Mountain Brook AL store. I did curbside pick up. When i got home my sandwich was made incorrectly. It had salt and tomatos on it neither of which i can eat. I called told the manager (Lea or Leigh). She apologized and said she couldnt refund the money on an online ord

I came here because my Mom's Philly cheese sandwiches are always so good. I grabbed a giant today for me and the family and it was just ok. I asked for it to be toasted and for grilled onions and peppers on half. The gentleman used the wrong bread and just transferred it over to the correct bread. T
