Not bad but also not great. Location is excellent and no line around 2pm. Clean looking place with lots of spaces between tables. The food was good. Could be better but not bad. The Mongolian chicken was good needs a little bit more salt but pretty good. The chicken feet was soft and tender. The salt & pepper fish was too crunchy and the filet had a bit of smell. Shrimp & pork dumplings were too globby. Service was efficient!
Got the egg custard buns (baked) which is usually not stocked on weekdays. Tastes good, love the crust on the top.
Also got the rice noodles with beef (beef chow fun). They are really tasty.
There’s a wait for 10-15mins when I arrived at 1 pm Sunday. The line moves up quickly so we didn’t wait for a long time.
The servants are nice and will top off our water.
The price are reasonable or affordable (20 per person or even less).
Delicious!! We got BBQ pork buns, steamed pork dumplings, chicken buns, sesame balls, and egg custard buns. Everything tasted so good and service was great. We ate outside but the inside was very nice and clean. Highly recommend checking this place out! There are lots of options to choose from.
I love the outdoor dining option for dim sum! Their food is tasty and the managers are always really nice to us. There is often a wait on the weekends, so get there early or be prepared to wait. Lots of parking options, even if the lot right behind is full. It is on the pricey side (as in I wouldn't drive from SF for this if I lived there), but great for the area and we've found the extra cost worth it, especially during COVID.
Dim sum was good and with very good service - value for money.
But as usual, problem is always finding parking at San Francisco ... !

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and was seated almost immediately! The dimsum here is great - as soon as we sat down a cart came over and we got food.
I really liked the taro buns here, the shumai, the fried dough and the congee too.
Would come again! The place is clean inside and service is super fast.
Dim sum here is amazing!! We had beef noodle rolls, shumai, shrimp dumplings, durian puffs, sticky rice and they were all delicious. This place definitely deserves more than 4.0 stars…at the very least 4.3 stars compared to other places! Also, service is super quick!
