My family and I have ordered pizza nearly every Friday night for the last 5-6 years. We have tried every pizza place in town and by far this is the best pizza around. The ingredients are fresh, you can actually taste the cheese and the pepperoni does not taste like little plastic disc. The sauce has great flavor but is never over the top and by far the most consistent experience we have had with any pizza establishment. From what I understand there sandwiches are even better. We just can't say no to the pizza.
This is my favorite go to place for pizza, wings, salads, meat balls. I love this place. The food and staff are friendly. I would highly recommend this pizza over any other chain. So happy you guys are on the west side of town.
We have consistently had great delivery service. We picked up our pizza once with no problems. The flavor of everything from the sauce to the toppings is always amazing. This is hands-down my favorite pizza in the Boro!
I ordered a gluten free margherita pizza and it was amazing! My husband is originally from Chicago so he is hard to please when it comes to pizza. He ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza and loved it. Donatos will definitely be our new spot for pizza!

I was thrilled when I discovered they offer Daiya cheese and DF dough AND deliver! My youngest son has a severe dairy allergy. I ordered online and requested they split one with Daiya cheese and the other half regular (it is obvious which cheese is which)& asked them to keep them separate like they do the toppings. I got a call from the store saying they're really not able to keep it 100% separate. I thanked her for the head's up and said to make it all DF. Employee said it would arrive a tad later than initially quoted. No big deal. Order arrived (not that much later) & we received the completely DF pizza and the one they "messed up" i.e. the split cheese, at no additional charge. I was shocked, as I honestly assumed they had not made the pizza yet. It wasn't their fault for my error in not thinking the whole cheese thing through. Needless to say, I was blown away by their customer service (& the driver was very nice)! Their pizza is wonderful too! We finally found our go to pizza restaurant!

The service was quick and friendly. We had our cheesy bread almost as soon as we sat down. We ordered the chicken spinach pizza thin crust and pepperoni thin crust. Both were fantastic. Tasted fresh and delicious. Most certainly a place we will visit again.

When I called the staff were super nice. They also let me know they only had one driver so the wait may be awhile. I also inquired about a military discount and when we got our pizza the store had sent a freebie for the other half thanking him for his service which was super awesome.
I stopped by because I had a really great coupon deal. Donatos is a bit more expensive than other pizza places but it's my favorite since I lived in Cincinnati, so I've been so happy that they opened a couple stores in Tennessee now as well! The pizza this time was PHENOMENAL! Cooked perfectly, and just how I like it. The people who work at this store are so friendly too. I'll definitely be back. I can usually only go when I have a bigger $$$ coupon deal, but I'll be back!
This was my first time here for lunch. They were not busy and we were greeted by a nice young man. He helped us order, brought us our pizza and checked on us if we need anything. The "works" pizza was great but this young man made it even better. Whatever you are paying him, its not enough. I wish I had caught his name. We plan to go back in the future.
Good but not great. I got the big Don sub. It was a good price for size, but there was too much Italian dressing on it for my liking and the sub seemed to be in the oven just a bit too long. I will return and try other item and will change my review accordingly.

My first visit to Donatos Pizza, I was curious how accurate their claim of “edge to edge” toppings was on their pies. Ordered a medium light-sauce, mushroom, onion and extra pepperoni pie along with an Italian side salad. Placed my order online for “curb-side” and arrived a few minutes early and the order was ready and delivered to my truck promptly. Now I only live about 7-minutes from the store, and my pizza was barely warm and required a stint in the oven to reheat. Not a good start for a first visit but everything was delivered as ordered!
Once I got the pizza warmed back up sat down to enjoy dinner. The salad ingredients were really good and fresh, plenty of meats, and the dressing was spot on. The pizza was also good, you could tell the veggies were fresh and there was ample pepperoni. Loved the crust, just enough crunch and held all of the ingredients well and I found the way they cut the pie was actually better than the standard wedge slices.
Overall a good pizza and they came pretty close to their “edge to edge” toppings claim. Cost is little pricy compared to other options out there but I will order from there again.
