We went for lunch. It was GREAT !!!! The food, was perfect, potato salad to die for. Key Lime Pie probably the best we ever had anywhere. Corned Beef, Pastrami, meatball sandwich all were top notch. We are now hooked. And the owners, Bram and Wendy , plus their entire staff are Da Best. I’d give it more stars but I can’t. A true GEM

Had a GREAT time on a recent Saturday afternoon. The Bulldog was hands down the best version of a Reuben sandwich I've ever had, and I could only eat half. The baked potato salad was amazing and we ordered extra for dinner that night.
Christy was an amazing server and she and Tina remembered me from a previous stop there in October of 2016. They made us feel like family and even packed our leftovers on ice so we could visit the casino.

Had an authentic and delicious Cuban sandwich, my wife had the reuben...the potato salad is great, as well as the coleslaw...great ambience, great music, and the owner may throw out a queston about the oldies...fist right answer wins a treat...great staff...will be one of our regular eating places in Murphy...

Best authentic Deli in Murphy. I eat here often when in town. Staff is exceptional. Food and service is impeccable. Prime rib sandwich and potatoe salad are out of this world delicious. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I recently spend a weeknd in Murphy for our anniversary. We ate at Red Brick Deli for lunch that Saturday. I ordered a Reuben with slaw and my husband ordered the Bulldog with potato salad. We finished our meal with a Cannoli, which they had just started serving that weekend. Everything was super delicious and the owners and staff were super nice and friendly. My husbands wants me to figure out how to make the potato salad. He said its the best he has ever had. If/when we visit Murphy again, we will definitely make sure to eat here again!

Absolutely one of the best sandwiches that we have had. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful! Just so nice to eat delicious food and be treated with old fashion service! Once you sit down, just don't want leave! All was tasty! Not cheap, but what is? Paying for great food and quality! Want cheap and less quality sandwiches go to Subway!
Food and services were great. If your in the area this is a great place for lunch. Owners are very friendly and take time to speak to the customers. We will be back.
We ate at 230 on a Saturday. Closing time was 3 but we were never treated as if we were a burden. Waitress was friendly and very good at her job. We enjoyed the hot dog special and a lamb gyro. The side of baked potato salad was delicious, but there wasnt enough of it. Some amazing apple pie topped it off.
Hometown deli in the quaint town of Murphy. Homemade chili was rich and hearty. Julie was very helpful with the menu and service came with a healthy dose of Southern charm, grace and a genuine smile.
Super friendly service that went above and beyond. The sandwich had a good amount of meat. I was sad that they were out of corned beef, but the staff recommended something else to replace and I was very pleased as "The Rachel" was delicious!
Quaint, local deli offering a selection of signature salads, overstuffed and combo sandwiches, wraps and the legend Mountain sandwich with one lb. of corn beef and one lb. of pastrami piled high on rye. Traditional decorated interior with original hardwood floors, collectibles and even an original pay phone. Even the clean bathrooms were nicely decorated. The Rueben came hot with deli fresh corned beef sliced thin and piled high, sauerkraut, Swiss and homemade Russian dressing. The rye toasted to perfection and the side of potato salad was creamy with plenty of flavor. Staff were friendly and very apologetic, as they were short staffed and the loss of my order resulted in over a hour wait. They were so overwhelmed they closed early. Take the time and support your local businesses.
Love supporting local restaurants. Friendly super service. Smiles and friendly. Carolina dog was good, all beef hotdog . Son loved the Cuban. The key lime pie was outta this world. Prices were kinda expensive but it was kinda cool inside. Fresh food. Homemade.
Great sandwiches! They do not skimp on the meat. Ordered mine to go but the place was very crowded which is always a good sign. I gobbled down the first half before thinking about a picture so here's half a sandwich :)

Lovely little place! Has vegetarian options and everything is so fresh and house-made. Everyone is so kind here and there are so many good things to eat, I had a hard time choosing!
Really good food and very friendly folks. Had the Bulldog sandwich, grilled cheese, a chili dog and their home made key lime pie. Nice place inside, and hand sanitizer at every table!
How did they earn 5 Stars? They treated us like family, served great tasting food (killer pastrami on rye) and it was reasonably priced. A worthy stop anytime in or near Murphy, NC.
