In all my experience, Subway franchises have done great with standardizing the process for good food. The service at the Subway in North Muskegon was excellent, and the gal making my sub offered helpful suggestions when I asked. We dined in and were able to enjoy a pleasant conversation.
This Subway is a great place! It is always clean and inviting they make the subs exactly the way you want them. The workers always have a smile on their face. Great place!
Love the subs. I tried to use a coupon that expires on 5/21 today which is 5/21. Thought it would be good until midnight but their cash register wouldn't take it because it said that it was expired. The manager did give me a discount though when I challenged it.
I always get an Italian BMT wrap, loaded. Sometimes it's a little hard to fold it when it's so full, but but the worker who served me today folded it perfectly. Plus she was bright and cheerful. it was a nice change from the stressful day I had.
Walked in, within one minute I was being served. Order my sub, paid for it, and came home. I wish I had gotten her name, because she made me the best sub I have ever gotten from there. I should have given her a tip. I was very happy with my sub. And it was 5pm.

Hannah is the best worker here. Food is great! definitely recommend! also for the review saying we keep our bread over night, Every subway does, we don’t serve bad bread and we bake new bread every morning! our bread is great, employees are great, cookies are great!! Everything about this place is great. Lets spread more positively, we try our best and do our best at all times and during rushes it’s very hard to keep focus when someone is rude!
