The Arby's on Shawnee is very clean. The employees are nice. And the meal was cheap. Under ten dollars. 3 medium sized chicken tenders, curly fries, and soda. No other fast food restaurants are this reasonably priced and taste good.
The management here are awful. They micromanage and put down the staff the entire time… I sat and watched as the manager was hateful to the staff order after order. She was loud and was distracting so much attention to her, it made enjoying my meal not the centerpiece of my visit.

Ordered a Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich and it hardly had any meat and no onions. Can u see the difference in the picture. Pathetic!!!
Dine in approximately around 8:30 pm. Restaurant was EXTREMELY clean, service was great, all employees were friendly and helpful.
Competent service most of the time. However, there are times when most of the staff seems stoned and acts like they have never seem another human before. Those visits can be anger-inducing.
Eat here for lunch and or dinner all the time. Very friendly, hard working, fast paced staff. Great quality and always fresh.
UPDATE: after having had really poor service at my favorite Arby's and because the problem WAS the manager, I left a review here explaining what happened....
After cooling off a bit, I missed my fave sandwich and went back. Twice. The manager there still has a decidedly salty way about her. I even
I miss the Arby-Q and potato cakes. The parking lot was a minefield of construction. Grabbed a classic roast beef with fries and was good to go.
