First of all, we waited for almost 30 minutes in the drive thru to get our food. It was 11ish but they were not busy, two cars in front of us, one of which drive off. We finally got out food and drinks. Our drinks were horrible as in not drinkable, we had ordered sodas. Our food however, was fresh and good. My burger I ordered without 3 things and added something so I was surprised. Maybe they were short staffed as many are these days. But don't order their sodas!!

Canceled my own order after I spent two minutes trying to clarify that I didn’t order a Texas Whopper with bacon and cheese; but a plain Double Whopper with bacon cheese, mustard and ketchup only.
It makes a cheaper combo, the Texas meal is $13.09 while the Double Combo is $11.78, the difference is $1.31 which isn’t much but still.
On the menu screen they rang up “Texas Whopper, small fry, small drink” when I ordered a “Double Whopper, bacon and cheese, mustard and ketchup only with a large fry and large drink.
I canceled my order because I had a gut feeling they’d get it wrong and I’d lose a $1.31 for nothing.

Burger King is a guilty pleasure, whether it's a cheeseburger deliciously tasting of charcoal smoke, chicken sandwiches both crispy and grilled, but for me nothing matches their breakfast. Their croissant breakfast sandwiches with their little coin-sized hash browns will give you a great start to your day.

Just went there and got 2 bacon cheeseburgers 2 chicken sandwich and the cheeseburgers was stale as he'll not to mention the chicken burgers was burnt and fries was even worse the dog wouldn't even eat any of it...

Ordered 3 whoppers and fries. Waited over 20 minutes, went to the counter and ask about our food. They had no idea what I was talking about. The manager acted irritated, slapped 3 whoppers on a tray, told one of the other works to get fries and turned around and walked off. Great customer service. 😑🤨

45 minute wait in drive in and the food was horrible. Had onion rings and all you could taste was the old grease. Worst meal I've had in Muskogee.

I waited in the drive thru line yesterday evening for almost 15 minutes before I received my order. The first window, where you pay for your food, was unmanned; there was no cashier there. When I got to the second window, the cashier apologized for the wait, which I appreciated. It seemed as though she was juggling multiple roles; taking orders from the drive thru, handling the money, and handing out orders. Burger King needs more employees. The good thing about my experience was that I received all of my food, and that it was still warm when I got home.

There burgers are luke warm, at best. Same with the fish sandwich my wife ordered. The cheese isn't even melted. Look across the street McDonald's is packed. Wish we would have gone anywhere else. By far the worst burgers in Muskogee. Whoppers have completely lost goodness. Burger king of Muskogee, y'all suck!

Worst experience today at burger King in Muskogee! After already waiting in line for 20 min get up to the window to pay, lady had orders all screwed up, didn't know what we ordered, kept reading off orders from the screen, we kept telling her what we ordered, she couldn't find it, finally she did, so we get up to the window to get our food, guy tried to hand us wrong food, he got frustrated and I asked for a manager, manager was hollering at us thru the window so I told my husband to just pull around so I can go in, manager I think he said his name was Bryce started being really hateful, yelling at me, telling me he could not give us a refund because they gave us food, I said it's all wrong and I want a refund for so much trouble, he kept yelling at me from the back of the store what his name was, after he didn't wanna tell me! I asked for the GM number then he told me he didn't have a pen when I could see one In his shirt pocket! Kept yelling at me! Very unprofessional!!!
