A car hop fast food chain that has in my opinion, no problem, shortage, issues direct or indirect Sonic in Okmulgee continues providing excellent service, providing higher quality product that's fresh and so cleen. Best choice of options off the menu for customers.

Gonna give a one to this sonic. I ordered on my phone and it took over 20 mins to get my 2 drinks and 2 fries. Then Even though the pickle fries come with ranch, I even added two tubs to my order, and still didn't get ranch. My drinks were also supposed to be easy ice and neither one is.

Unless you have 30-60 minutes to waste on lukewarm food, watered down drinks and a surly staff, skip BOTH Sonics in Muskogee. They BOTH have major issues

I was picking up two shakes that had been pre-ordered online. I pulled into a stall and let them know I was there....(8 minutes later...) ..after no shakes & no response on the call button I had no choice but to go thru the drive thru...where I waited in line another 13 min...so i had a 25 minute total wait for 2 prepaid online shakes.
* I asked the guy at the drive-thru window that should I ever come back what was quicker the drive-thru or sitting in a stall? And he said " well I only had one CarHop and I had to send him home tonight... so that's why it was a "little bit" backed up...."

We live 4 blocks from the location on west Okmulgee street in Muskogee Oklahoma. Unfortunately it's pointless trying to get food from this location. Half of the screens don't work and the parking lot looks like it hasn't been washed un quite some time. It as if the owner doesn't even care as it's been this way for quite some time. Just shut down if you're not going to do it right. It has to be embarrassing to work at this store.

Placed an order on the app for a large drink, drove there and checked in 5 minutes later. I waited over 10 minutes and then pressed the button and they told me they were short handed. I told them it was just a drink and it shouldn’t be 30 minutes. I asked them to cancel my order so I could get out of there but then wake up to being charged still

So I stop in tonight because it’s 1/2 price burger nite. Ordered a cheeseburger a order of tots and a large coke. My total was 7.09 so I pushed button Michelle isn’t tonite 1/2 price burger nite she says yes. When i asked why I didn’t get 1/2 price she didn’t answer. So when car hop came I asked her. She said because I ordered tots and a coke it voided the half price burger. That’s crazy. So if you go for 1/2 price burgers stop by McDonald’s get your drink and fries first. Glad I live in Moore Ok cause there you get your burger 1/2 price even if you order drink and fries. Won’t come here no more

Went through the drive through this evening. Ordered a bacon, egg, cheese toaster! I got all the way home and figured out they gave me the wrong thing. For some reason it was a burger on Texas toast, with bacon and barbecue sauce. So I went back up there and told them what I ordered. STILL got my order wrong, so I had to turn around and go back once AGAIN! These people really need to go thru training again or get drug tested PLEASE!!!!! It's not that hard...

Shorted our order. Called them twice on the intercom to get it corrected. Finally had to flag down a car hop to get the other corn dog we already paid for. Corn dogs weren't hot, not crispy. Must have made them too far in advance.

I tried to order 3 super sonic burger, two foot longs, onion rings and the rude girl taking my order could NOT even get the first burger ketchup and pickles only right and became angry when i still wasn't finished with my order. After a customer gives a request for one item don't cut them off and get a attitude when they want to order more than one thing. I will never go back to that place again.

The sonic of Muskogee was ridiculous! And utterly slow. Drive thru was 3 deep so we decided to pull in and sit at a car stall. Hit the button, and waited...and waited...and waited. 5-7 mins later we backed out to try the drive thru....and waited...and waited...ordered two drinks, received horrible customer service, and waited in the drive thru for 15 min before finally receiving our order. The place was barely doing any business to speak of and was horribly slow at what little they did do.
