My son and I were seated promptly. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere was nice. The food was hot and delicious. I would definitely make a return trip here.
Pizzas were so good. Service was friendly and fast. We ordered half of Pepperoni and other half of Buffalo chicken and another half of bacon and veggie. All of them were hot right out of an oven and delicious. They also had slushee which kids enjoyed a lot. Service was on point. Will be back for mor
Michell (our server) was the best!! Kept our drinks full, was very polite and fun!! Knew the menu and recommended a few items, Clean up tables right away, was hustling around the entire time and still didn’t forget a thing!definitely one of the hardest workers in the place!! Food was good too lol

We love mellow mushroom. They’re always consistent! The prices have gone up a bit and we don’t go as often as we’d like but it’d worth every penny when we do dine with them!
The service was awesome and the food was even better. The spinach artichoke was to die for. Very garlicky which I love. And the pizza was great too. The buffalo chicken pizza with blue cheese was delicious and very flavorful and the “meat lovers” which is called the mighty meat or something to that
Ordered online while visiting Myrtle Beach. Quick delivery to our high rise hotel. Great communication by the restaurant and the door dash driver. Pizza was absolutely delicious.
Our waitress was amazing! Very attentive, and very personable. We ordered the supreme mushroom pizza and barely had any mushrooms on it at all. I love that pizza, but was a little disappointed with this particular one. Anyway, will be back again to give it another try at some point.
Hostess seated me immediately upon arrival this past Tuesday night. Waited a long time for a server. Two parties who arrived after me were waited on. I hailed a guy named James, who was a server, to let him know my drink order had not been taken. He was so nice! He said he would take care of me
This was our first time here food was very good service was a little slow. But not bad enough that I wouldn't return. We tried their burgers they were very good n juicy. I wouldn't mind going back to check out the pizza and drink menu. They have some pretty interesting names for drinks on the menu
The bartenders Tom, Jamie, Lauren, Ryan, Emily and Brendan have all been here for the last 10 years I’ve been coming here. They’re the reason I keep coming back! The food is always good. Great pizza and service. Had the "Mighty Meaty" pizza and cheese bread. I forgot to take a picture of the pizza when it came out, but attached a picture of what I took home.
You can never go wrong with Mellow Mushroom! Every one I have ever been, the quality is always the same! My wife got a gluten free veg out pizza with several added ingredients, however what she received was a pizza with JUST the added ingredients not the original ones as well. Talked to the manager
This place will ruin all other pizza for you, seriously. The mushroom soup is to die for. Nice big beer and cocktail selection. Not a single bad thing on the menu. Nice chill, relaxing atmosphere, and the staff are all friendly and good at their job! Don’t eat anywhere else in Myrtle Beach!

Was here twice in the four-day visit with my parents over the weekend - it was that good!
Photos are of pizza with basil personal size was perfect so tasty plenty of cheese crust was delicious!
