Tried Donut Man, Way better than Dunkin' or Krispy Kreme. Friendly staff, good variety, definitely try the Red Velvet and Buttermilk. Yummy!
A qualified thumbs up. Good donuts, but a little on the bready side. They go best with coffee or a glass of milk. The recipes and selection are very reminiscent of a 1970s Dunkin Donuts. Older property could use some updating, but it is clean.
Thumbs up! Real baked goods-not frozen and reheated. Associate was personable. Recommendation: Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin-big and flavorful.
Donuts r great here! They r larger than Krispy creme. Some r better at Krispy creme & some r better here. Blueberry was awesome! We decided to try it cuz of the reviews & when we drove by, there was a cop pulling in to get a donut! :) That sold us! We bought a dozen but they didn't last but 2 days & got hard. Krispy Kreme lasted a whole week which was great. But it was prob due to the preservatives in their donuts & donut man prob doesn't! Whatever ur preference but nice to try something diff!
Well at first glance it looks A LOT like a Dunkin Donuts....and sorry to say tastes like them too. They are good but nothing special. Service was friendly and clean.

Tucked between Krispy Kreme and Dunkin Donuts- this place rocks hands down. Donuts are twice the size and the coffee is tasty too. Great outside seating area or enjoy AC indoors. Lots seating available.
Yum!. Went here while on Christmas vacation. Workers were friendly and helpful. They told us up front that their card system was down and showed my husband where the nearest ATM was.
We ordered a dozen donuts to go. They tasted fresh and flavorful. Varieties we had were iced velvet, chocolate cream, cherry, vanilla sprinkles, strawberry sprinkles, and apple spice. We will definitely get another dozen on future visits to Myrtle Beach.
Donut Man has THE best donuts! We go 2-3 times each trip we take to Myrtle Beach.
These donuts are DANGEROUSLY delicious. But the breakfast sandwich was frozen in the middle which was unpleasant. But I still Ho back for the donuts!!!
Excellent!. Great place!! We found this place near the end of our stay in Myrtle Beach or we would have eaten here every morning! Delicious donuts, croissant sandwiches and frozen/hot coffees. Tons of options to choose from. Any employee that we were in contact with were super friendly and very helpful! (I cannot even imagine the one bad review below!!) Cute and CLEAN, outside seating available to enjoy your morning Joe, I highly recommend and will def return!

I love the donut man. On my first trip to Myrtle Beach my wife and came here almost every day. The Boston Cream is everything I look for in a donut. Sufficient icing unlike dunkin and not overly sweat like krispy kreme. The people are great to. We love them. We came so much they recognized us. Now on trips we bring our boys and they are given a handful of donut holes when we walk in. I can't wait to go again next week on my vacation!

Interesting… Big indoor space right on Kings. Serves fresh made doughnuts, rolls, and pastries. Coffee was good. Our group used their small conference room on Saturday for a meeting. Seemed clean and well attended. Staff was a little busy with work, no issues.

Wow! We were visiting here and we heard from a couple locals how great this place is, probably the BEST donuts I’ve ever had! They look as good as they taste! Will definitely be back before we leave!
I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to sample a donut I was unfamiliar with. After it was placed in the microwave and tasted the warm sample! Delicious, then I ordered 1/2 dozen. I was informed about a senior citizens' discount if I was that age. Well, I told my age and got a discount! The decor was beautiful, donut atmosphere with donut designs on the table that I had to take pictures of.
Very clean, the donuts were fresh and huge! They were also delicious. The young lady working the counter was so friendly and sweet. All around good experience. Glad we stopped in!
I think they had the best donuts ever when it was the original owner. I went in there last week and I couldn't believe how much the prices had gone up. Excited to see that they had maple bars but was a little dry. They should stuff them with cream. Buttermilk donuts was a bit dry as well, great flavor though. I would give it another try and see how they are again.
This is it!!! Stop looking, go here! These are the donuts I have been looking for since I moved here almost a year ago. I finally found them! These donuts are perfect! Thick in size but light and fluffy in density. I don't know why I didn't stop here sooner, but this will likely be almost a once a week stop for me! I might just go get some more right now! =)
Update: posted this a few weeks ago, and have been back there just about every week since! We love them! I prefer a simple glazed raised (see photos). My son likes chocolate covered raised. He eats like 4-5 when he’s at work! My wife really loves their Apple fritters and raspberry filled. Dunkin’ ain’t got nothing on these donuts!
Donuts were fantastic! We were very surprised to be the only ones there at 9 am. We had three good sized donuts (the kids each give it 5 stars) and a giant Apple fritter for around $10. The help was friendly, the place was clean. Great experience, would return!

Time to make the doughnuts. This is the only location in South Carolina and with no website I am not certain of the history. It has the same name as of the famed California doughnut shop, but different logo. But besides that, this fine line of bakery goods have made from scratch, made on sight taste and feel to it. With a bigger, better selection that other major chains and certainly lower prices than speciality shops, one certainly gets their money’s worth. From plain, glazed, powdered, sprinkled, filled, one has many options of doughnuts, doughnut holes, pastries, cinnamon rolls, buns and sticks. Muffins, cookies, croissants, Portuguese rolls and nearly a dozen flavors of bagels are also available. A limited menu offers combos of breakfast sandwiches and flavored coffees and espresso drinks. If one so desires to bask into the sights and smells of bakery bliss they can do so in the bright and airy sitting area. Otherwise, take it outside to the comforts of the patio or simply stay in your vehicle for the drive through.

I came here on the late night of 4/18/21. It was about 12:30am. I had just left Tin Roof. I was craving pizza but no place had decent priced pizza. I was looking through a coupon book and saw this place and it had a 10% off coupon. I called to confirm they were open (as the hours of many restaurants online are incorrect). I was told that they were and That donuts are $.99 a piece. Since I walked a mile from my hotel to Tim Roof, I took a Lyft here before going back to hotel. The staff person, Heidi, was very nice, sweet, and friendly!!! Apparently, they sell pizzas and subs too! Unfortunately, the pizza machine doesn’t work :( I was soooo sad!! I thought that I was able to get the pizza I wanted. I was told that it hasn’t been working for over 2 years!!! That’s crazy’!! If the owners are reading this, y’all MUST get it fixed. Y’all are missing out on money!! I ended up getting three donuts: Strawberry filled, lemon filled, and red velvet. I tried the buttermilk one and it was delicious! Reminded me a pancake haha. They are open 24 hours, which is great!! Today is my birthday and also my cheat day. With the discount, my 3 donuts were $2.95. I would recommend them! I’ll definitely return whenever I’m back in town! Hopefully the pizza machine will be fixed :)

Best donuts in Myrtle Beach! Went there last week got a fritter and strawberry donut! Fresh fruit in the donut was amazing! Customer service was amazing young lady from I think Utah she said I’ll be back because of her and her friendliness and professionalism!
This was a great experience. These doughnuts were very light and had a great flavor. They also tasted fresh. Had the strawberry with sprinkles and 2 regular glazed. The only drawback was that the glazed ones didn't seem to have much glazed on them at all. Some may prefer that but for me I would like a bit more. Still, I would go back to this place anytime
