We have dined at Carolina Ale House 3 times, 1 of which was for a large private function that they hosted for us. All 3 times we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The food was terrific, the staff was very friendly and we had a great time! We love the outside deck area, great views! I would recommend anyone in the Grand Strand Area to try this place out! The Beef Brisket Quesadilla is to die for!!!!
First time at Ale House. Had a great Philly Steak & Cheese tonight. Food was great! What a selection! Jesse was our server, such a nice guy, so personable & friendly. Great food. Great service. Great prices. Doesn't get better than that. We'll be back. It's close to home too!!!
Was great and our bartender/server Brooke was very friendly and knew a lot about the dozens of beer she served.
Down for the week, drove by and looked like a good place for a meal and a beer. Liz, our server, gave great suggestions on food and different beers. We loved it and are here 4 different nights requesting Liz and having a great and relaxing experience on vacation. She has gotten to know our tastes and making great suggestions each night. A+++++++

Went there tonight with a group of 10 adults! Told our server Jesse Branham we were in a hurry because we were going to see legends! He was absolutely wonderful! Did everything he could to accommodate us and made sure our experience was a wonderful one! The food was delicious but the service was superb! Thank you Jessie for making it such a wonderful experience!
The atmosphere was very nice. Staff was courteous. The manager came by to make sure that everything was good. Our server Mariah was great. She was very attentive and very friendly. The food was great. I didn't like the garlic mashed potatoes, but my salmon and vegetables were cooked perfectly and very tasty. My husband had the sliced bbq brisket platter, and he said that his brisket was tender and flavorful, and baked beans were delicious. Overall very pleasant experience.
Went to this location while sister, brother-in-law, and nephew were in town, our server was Gracey, she wasn’t very friendly or attentive. But, I frequently go to this location and have always had excellent service maybe she was having a bad day or is new! The French dip sandwich with the French onion soup was amazing! My sister got the pub burger and she said “best burger I’ve ever had.” My nephew normally does not eat chicken tender he’ll only eat chicken nuggets but he absolutely loved the chicken tenders here. The French fries were on point he had never eaten fries from anywhere before and he absolutely loved them. The host who greeted us and sat us were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Overall if you’re in the area it is well worth the trip!
Solid, spacious restaurant/sports bar. Lots of seating options inside and out with a large bar area and outdoor covered patio area. Good for large groups. Looked like a good place to hang but could use a little better TV setup, although there were a lot of screens in general. Food was very good overall. I had the fried, battered wings in buffalo sauce and tots. Wings were high quality and very meaty. Not very saucy. Half rack of baby back ribs were also great with a good sauce. Also be sure to try the doughnut holes which are drizzled with chocolate, caramel, cinnamon and cream cheese icing.
I got the fish tacos, very tasty and fresh fish. Service at the bar was fast. I will definitely go back!!!

We came here for a baseball team dinner and planned in advance with around 40 people attending. It went great! My only complaint is that they don’t have a lot of choices for gluten free people, but I still really recommend the restaurant for large groups. They sat us on the deck outside together with the players all at the same table and the parents took the surrounding tables. They had us pick our entrees before hand and right after we arrived our food was already starting to come out! We were impressed that they were able to control our very large group and keep it organized. Servers were really nice and accommodating. There are pool tables so the players all went inside and played pool. Overall if you are at Ripken doing a tournament and you want to have a team dinner I recommend this. We were very happy with the experience and I took off 1 star because they don’t have gf buns or bread, and were not able to make any meat for salads to order (I requested salt and pepper only but everything was pre marinated).
Had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious and our drinks were awesome. My husbands favorite was of course the old fashion. Michelle Tuttle was the best. She had everything on point and actually took time to answer any of our questions. Best service we’ve had in a long time.
Didn't eat there didn't offer A Gluten Free menu....that's a must for some of us. They had many many drafts They carried local brews to. A pool table, darts and an abundance of TVs with every sport one would hope to watch. Chill servers. Prices are reasonable.
Stopped in after a late night of Christmas shopping. The host seemed a little preoccupied when sitting us. Our waitress was very nice. We ordered the pizza and a philly cheese steak. The pizza came out dry tasting and the steak was overly greasy that it soaked through the bread and made it impossible to eat as a sandwich. Bennett coming to this particular restaurant for a long time and this is our first bad experience.

The food is delicious every time. I’ve never ordered anything bad. The burger is phenomenal, the cheese curds are to die for, the donut holes are amazing. Oh and the wings are a must. Don’t leave without taking a hot meal or appetizer home. I live in the area and this is a go to restaurant choice.

Our waitress Victoria was very pleasant, attentive & always there when we needed her. The new menu was great! The manager, Hibe, was very professional asked us how everything, we enjoyed meeting him! Restaurant was a bit too loud, couldn't talk much with friends. We will return again since we enjoyed our experience.
Annie was our server monday night. Just absolutely fantastic. can not rave about her enough. Terrific service, she’s just a natural, Carolina Ale house is lucky!
Considering every restaurant likes to close at 9 around here, we were tickled to get promised a table with minimal wait.
The people were very friendly. The food was pretty decent. The ticket wasn't that great but it seems to be on par with everyone else around here, spent $80 with two of us only getting water to drink.
We had to ask for a to-go box before our food made it to the table. We were directly under an air vent and were very cold and they wouldn't move us, couldn't stay for that.
Went to Carolina Ale House with my husband and 2 sons for my birthday! We went just before the dinner rush and we were lucky enough to get Victoria as our waitress. She made great suggestions, has a very radiant smile, and an even better personality. I talked about how the vegetables were the best I’ve had in a restaurant and she overheard me and we talked about the broccoli and how it was top notch! She made me turning 30 feel like a dream! Thanks so much Victoria!!
Amazing service by Alex A. Great atmosphere, awesome drinks, service was perfection. Alex A made our dining experience wonderful. My family truly enjoyed our food and great recommendations from Alex A on appetizers. Highly recommend Carolina Ale house and highly recommend Alex A as a server.
