Ate Zaxby's chicken sandwiches for the first time. The amount of chicken in the sandwich was not little and tasted pretty good. Pretty cheap, too. Will try others on the menu.
These new people and their customer service are horrible. Rude and are impatient with customers. Valen, one of the workers, acted like we were bothering her. The manager also had a huge attitude when we had asked for military discount. My friend said, “they must be new and we came at the wrong time.” Please hire people who actually care about their place of business. We were very disappointed and hope that when we come back, they are not working.
It takes awhile if they're busy but par for the course with casual dining. The foods good as for the staff I think they're suffering the same problem EVERY other place I go is suffering. Nobody wants to get a job nowadays. Some people on here complain like little princesses but it's like this everywhere I go. Shorthanded and slower than it would be if people would work and these places were fully staffed. But I can't blame people for not wanting to work at these places after reading the comments of some of the jerks they have to deal with.
I wish i could write a personal review for each person at this location. Today i had Kelvin & Jaamal. Kelvin was so kind and courteous, while taking our order. He was very clear, assertive and clearly understands what great customer service truly is. I believe he needs a promotion as he carries a management style attitude. Jaamal was so adorable and refreshing! He gave my kiddos a snack and made them feel so welcomed. I don’t usually take time to review but this was truly needed. Zaxby is my pregnancy craving and they get it right everytime. 😌😁💕
Ordered Zaxby's snack meal. Waiting on a 15 minutes. When I got it the french fries were cold so I had to go back and have them order some hot ones. Suggest going to the Zaxby's off of 38th avenue in Myrtle.
Very busy ot enough help the young lady at the counter wasn't all that friendly did give me a choice on my salad I wanted grilled chicken not fried chicken them I waited for a bit she did even wanted to bag my food the drive thur lady did . Kinda rude 😕.
Pretty much Chik-fil-a, but southern and with crinkle fries instead of waffle fries. Great alternative to the former!
I got the grilled Cobb salad. It's one of the best salads in town. Love how fresh everything is. More variety in ingredients then must. Real bacon. Real juicy thick breast meat. Excellent dressings to choose from. Also got the wings. Very good except overpriced by far.
