I was in awe! It’s a pretty shop, with so many vibrant colors of the pastries. I can an almond croissant, and that was to die for. Croissant was done to perfection and what a burst of flavors from the savory almond. The coffee was superb. I can’t wait to go back and purchase a truck load of almond croissant’s all for myself. The staff was very friendly/very professional & I also got a great big smile from Adam who was in the bake shop. Overall an excellent experience.

Everything I have tasted I have loved. I am not a croissant person but Sift has teh very best most tasting of croissants. The chocolate is too die for. Sandwiches that I have tried were also very good! everything looks so neat but more importantly clean.

It was amazing with everything being fresh and delicious! The pecan sticky roll was, perhaps the best I’ve ever had. And the macrons were delicious, crisp yet chewy, and beautiful.

What a beautiful bakery. I was impressed with all the goodies that were available. I would have liked to sample some of their bread but because it’s an hour and a half drive from Massachusetts to get there the selection was limited. I guess I’ll have to schedule another drive at the crack of dawn. Adam should be very proud of his business and the skills he showed as the winner of the Best Baker in America. I just heard from a cousin of mine who visited in June and she lives in Pittsburg! Great treats and I would recommend this Bake Shop to everyone.

I took made sure to have lots of cash so I wouldn’t regret not buying something. Didn’t even spend that much tho. Got one of each and loved everything. Be careful not to tip the boxes.

I was in Mystic for 2 days and I went here twice. Everything was amazing, especially their croissants and the chocolate chip cookie. Also they do crazy good flavored lattes and the staff is super helpful. Come here for sure!
