My husband and I ate here on a Tuesday evening in July, so it was the height of tourist season, but not completely packed out. We were seated immediately. The waitress (Breanna) immediately came over to take our drink order, and received them within a couple minutes. We ordered a Bloomin Onion, and came out within a few minutes...it was the best one I ever had! Our salads were fresh, and well portioned. We received our meals within a reasonable amount of time. The steak was cooked perfectly, and very tender...in fact, probably the best steak I ever had! The waitress treated us well, made sure everything tasted good, and checked on our drinks frequently. At some restaurants, we wait several minutes for our check; here, she brought it to is as soon as we were finished eating, and completed the card transaction within a minute. We live an hour out of town, so we come to this Outback for birthdays and special occasions. Please keep up the wonderful service and food prep!
Good food, Dani was an awesome server. Definitely recommend swinging by (even if it is a chain for the non-locals)
Our waitress was great. She accommodated all of our requests in a decent time. I also like how she actually talked with us and explained everything. Also the guy who brought our meal did a great job.
Food was excellent. Service was prompt and drinks were never empty. Amy, our server, provided us with suggestions and evem suggested the honey butter with the brown bread (Which is delicious!) Being open later is also nice as alot of beachfront restaraunts close so early on the island! Will be coming back and requesting Amy again!!!
Our local Outback is a great place to enjoy delicious food and just hangout with your friends and family! They have some awesome staff members, that provide excellent service, plus the managers really care about customers' satisfaction!
The steak was very undercooked. I spent the night and next day in the restroom. The waitress was good and friendly. Im done with Outback for a while. I returned at the request of the franchise owner, Crystal Masters and she personally made things right. I love to see businesses that go the extra mile to make things right.
Amy was a great server last night. Thanks for going the extra mile with everything. We will be back!!!

Called to order takeout spoke with Katie - she was phenomenal!! She went above and beyond, answered all of my questions, truly just happy to help and such a gem!! I would be honored to have her as my employee. Also while waiting I spoke with her manager Alicia, she was very pleasant as well. Highly recommended this location while dining at the Outer Banks!
The food and service was superb, impressive, delicious, hot, fresh, and all-around WONDERFUL!

Anna was not only our friendly positive & attentive waitress; but, was also the bartender for the entire restaurant! Awesome job ANNA!!!
We also observed great teamwork amongst all the employees!
Everything was so amazing that we left her a 40% tip on our bill of $100.

Despite some earlier negative reviews, our experience here was decent. The biggest negative was the wait. We called about an hour and a half ahead to see if they could accommodate a party of ten. Despite arriving at the time they asked us to, it still took an additional hour to get seated.
Everything else was wonderful. Friendly service, quick food delivery; food was hot and tasted good. I believe the restaurant is short-staffed for waiters and waitresses. Not entirely their fault. It’s hard to find and hire reliable workers these days.
Overall a decent visit, once the long wait was over.
Matty was my server today. He was extremely attentive, i never even had to ask for drink refills he was just on top of it. I got a salad but forgot to mention i was gluten free and he fixed it and brought me a new one so quickly without a problem. Definitely ask for him when you come in here!!
had to wait a long time for the food. but it was worth it! heavy steak seasoning but def enjoyable. our server nick was amazing!! he was so funny and attentive. we’re now diner reward members and we’ll def be back! ask for nick he has long hair :)
It’s so good! I am a repeating customer, so I excepted this amazingly good food. The steak was delicious made, and so was the salad. The worker was so nice! (He was a trainee with another lady) I will definitely be coming again!

Clean place nice servers. My shrimp on the barbie was great but my husband's battered chicken was not so great. It was fried but the only reason it had much taste was the sauce drizzled on. The fried mushrooms were good but not like the stuffed ones. The ribs are really good. Our server was very polite.
Each item ordered was very well prepared. Server was working the bar as well as working the tables. She still provided satisfactory attention to us. Drinks refilled when needed in a timely manner.
