The manager Heidi I believe that was her name .Was extremely rude when my husband was ordering our drinks when he asked what flavors of smoothie they had she said you can read it on the screen out there . Then she proceeded to tell us we couldn't split our order because we had a free card for one of
We arrived before closing and the barista had closed her till and wouldn’t serve us. I offered to pay cash and wanted an iced drink. She didn’t offer any solutions and shrugged her shoulders. Terrible customer service.
Two stars because the taste of their coffee is ok. Customer service is seriously lacking though. I have been here multiple times and they dont say hardly anything to you or even smile.
