We ordered cheese pizza and mushroom spinach pizza. I extremely loved the cheese pizza, I believe it was the best I have ever tried🍕 Restaurant has an outdoor seating and it feels like country side Italian restaurant.

Best Italian restaurant I’ve been to. I usually cook my own Italian food because I grew up on it, but it is very good. Stefano is so seeet and welcoming. Treats you like family. If you like he will sit and chat with you furring your meals.

I grew up down the road and my family and I have been customers since Cucina opened. The experience available here is, hands down, unlike any resturaunt I've been to. The food is incredibly authentic (as well as his Italian wine selection) and the setting is very warm and comfortable. Not to mention, Chef Stefano regularly serves his dishes personally to his customers, which is a rarity as well as very personable. I see reviews complaining of the drive, but the drive is a small price to pay for a meal and dining experience that is sure to have you feeling like your in Italy!

Very yummy food, great little Italian restaurant by the lake. Authientic. The owner is a kind chef with awesome customer service. The pasta dishes are huge, big enough for 2 meals! The free hot bread & dipping sauce was amazing. Not for people that like to be cheap. It is by the lake 45 minutes from any nearest town. Too bad there was no ice cream but he usually isn't open on Tuesday's. I guess he was open because we needed something to eat! Thank you we will be back!

My wife and I happened upon Cucina Italiana yesterday. My wife is 100% Italian and parents come from the north of Italy and are all excellent cooks. She's very critical of her Italian food. We were both blown away by the whole experience. Stefano, the owner and Chef, was really friendly and fun. The waitress, who rides a full dressed Harley, was great. We tried several things on the menu and they all passed my wife's critical palate. My non-critical palate loved it too. The atmosphere was wonderful, inside and out. When I say out I'm referring to the Boccie court (where I dominated by the way). We can't wait to go back

The food was beyond superb! The balsamic vinegar was totally amazing! And that was even before we got our orders. He makes really authentic Italian food, and has specials. We had the brie, soup, salmon, and risotto. We topped it off with tiramisu. Everything was fresh, amazing, and worth travelling to. It's located to the far right in a tiny strip, that also houses a little museum, and a tiny store and deli. He doesn't take credit cards, and he is pricey, but I would say he's worth it! He does have an ATM machine available if you don't carry cash. The place is not fancy, the dishes aren't fancy either. He lets his food speak for itself. I highly recommend this for a dinner out! Your taste buds will thank you!

Cucina Italiana wins the Heart & Hustle Award while consistently delivering the best pasta and superior service and value in Napa County. We love this place and their food. The finest pillow puff gnocchi I've ever tasted, exquisite eggplant and marinara, and risotto that exceeds 95% of what I've ever experienced. Incredible generosity and love goes into these meals & service and it shows every time. Cash only, call ahead to let them know you're coming, and sink in and enjoy the most unpretentious ambiance you'll find in wine country.

Absolutely love this place! Off the beaten path, and would not have been here were it not as part of a birthday party, but wow am I glad we were here. Great atmosphere, outstanding authentic Italian food start to finish, and as an added bonus you can play some bocce ball while sipping wine or an espresso while you work off all that fantastic food. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

This is by far our all time, favorite restaurant. We have been going here for years now, and everytime the food was great. The owner is so warm and friendly. We can't say enough great things about this place! It's an hour and a half drive (one way) for us to go there, just for a meal, that should speak for itself! It's that good!

GREAT food and atmosphere. Little Italian hole in the wall in a vacation area. The owner/chef is friendly, informative, funny and explains his dish to you. The waitress Diane is really funny and sweet.

Wonderful! This place is a little known establishment that is owned by a older Italian gentleman with a passion for Italian food/culture and motoring! I went there on a cruise with some car club friends and we all had a great time talking with the owner and eating DELICIOUS italian food. I'll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved the food. Ordered pasta arrabiatta and the portions were very generous. Despite being two of us the dish was very filling. The chef was very warm and friendly. Little bit on the expensive side but very well worth it.

This place is phenomenal! Old world, authentic Italian fare done extremely well. Stefano makes everything himself. I've only been here twice so far, but everything I had was better than I have had it anywhere else by a longshot. Dining here is completely different than you will find at most Napa restaurants, or most restaurants in the United States for that matter, but if you want a unique experience reminiscent of the true Italian experience this is the only place I've been to that has it. Prices are very reasonable. Make sure you are hungry and don't be in a hurry! You will want to savor every aspect of this experience.

Love rhis place. Authentic Italian cooking, as real as it gets. Stefano uses his grandma's old world recipes from Parma Italy. He doesn't speak much English, but I can assure you he knows his way around a kitchen! Stefano has worked at some of the finest restaurants all over the world in his career. He is truly a gem and eating at Cucina Italiana is an experience not to be missed!
