Visited 10 June 2019. Lovely food here - I had the pho tai nam and it's pretty amazing. The broth is on point - flavoursome, good colour, and clean. They were very generous with the meat portions and at $12 for a large is great value. Also had the spring rolls (which are actually what I would call summer rolls) and they were delicious and, again, a good portion for the price of $8. My boyfriend had the Vietnamese salad with calamari and he kept finding more and more calamari as he worked through it!
Our server was very friendly and she was very helpful with advising us on the dishes and how much to order.
Minus one star for the insane temperatures inside the restaurant due to lack of Aircon. It was so hot I felt like I was actually in Vietnam, sweating like mad!
Wow this place is amazing! Food is great! Our waitress was a rock star.. Place was filling up and she was on it. Highly recommend.
We had to eat outside on sidewalk tables because of CV-19 restrictions, but the food and the service were still very good.
The best hideaway in Napa that I have come across! It is wonderful. The ambiance, the food, the charm, the staff. All out of this world! I cannot recommend enough!
Curry Chicken Soup is so delicious. I recommend this and their iced coffees. If you're looking for good food downtown and don't want to be around the crowd this is the place to go. Also the staff is really nice.
Delicious spring rolls, great appetizers over all. I love the Pho broth. Delicious sauces. Clean and airy ambiance. Sweet servers. Chef/owner operated. Great nail place next door as well as a skin care spa for facials.
Absolutely delicious menu in the heart of old town Napa, the Bui Bistro by Chef Pho(Fu). It's a must. The French influence is easily revealed with presentation and mild spice, Asian tasty plates. It was my guest's birthday event and when requested, Chef Pho's dessert was tiramisu artistically bathed in cocoa and a design of syrup swirls. Rich and lovely, perfect surprise! The location is very good: first block over the bridge on Pearl off Soscol. Thursdays and Sundays, Waiter Benjamin makes effective the tranquil ambience with true consistent attention. Enjoyable international decor. Tres bon Chef Pho, yours is a perfect eatery in historical Napa! Thank you.
I stuffed myself because the food was SO GOOD! Service was kind, fast, and helpful on modifying order .... I wanted extra broth and they hooked it up. Delicious! Just as good as the pho and Bahn mis we ate in Vietnam at the start of 2020. Eric was a great server!
A sleeper of a restaurant tucked quietly in downtown Napa that continues to offer uniquely fresh and vibrant entrees with moderate pricing. Definitely must consider when choosing a great place to eat
The atmosphere is very nice. The service is exceptional and the food is outstanding. If you want some delicious French-Vietnamese food, this is a must. After dinner you can stroll downtown which is right there. Enjoy!
Best Pho in town and great service. I have come here right before closing time more than once and have never been turned away. The service is always quick and great. I’ve tried a few other items from the menu and everything is delicious but the Pho is the main reason I come back. (Great quality meats and not greasy at all).
The best Asian/Pacific Rim cuisine, with the most authentic Banh Mi sandwich, in Napa. The owner/chef Patrick is an excellent chef. The Banh Mi sandwich is served with your choice of fries/salad.
The interior of the restaurant is tastefully decorated in Vietnamese decor. Impressive menu offers a variety of tasty, culinary Asia/Pacific Rim dishes that is reasonably priced.
The waiter/waitress service is not always consistent. Staff can use more training and experience. Regardless, this is definitely a "don't miss" restaurant. My opinion is Bui Bistro is Napa's "hidden jewel" for Asian/Pacific Rim cuisine.

The food was Delicious. The Calamari is nice and crispy. The duck was very tender falling off of the bone the sauce it was made in was as I said before, Delicious. Can't wait to go back

In love with the pho!! I get rare beef, regular size bowl. Fills me up just great.
I can't believe I haven't seen this place in Napa over the last 6years since I've moved here, SHAME ON ME. I literally walk here from work in less than 5min!!:)
Amazing Pho! My husband and I just love going or order out. All the pho is delicious chicken, beef or beef with meatballs they are all very good and great when we are sick or now during the cold weather. Plus comedy night was a blast the last time we went, got the announcement on Facebook!
Jewel of a restaurant, broad enough menu that includes French/ Vietnamese cuisines. Ordered a variety of dishes to get an idea of type of food prepared. Will definitely return, it isnt easy to find this type place in Napa County, it is located in downtown Napa. Try it , youll like it...
