This ice cream store has seats inside the store for customers to serve. I liked the flavors. The staff were really kind and helpful people.
1st off I know it's probably just me but OMG I really loved the wooden spoon. It made me think of being a child. The ice cream was heaven and the waffle cone bowls was so good. And probably the big treat for the night. Place was clean the woman was kind.

I love Ben & Jerry's ice cream. This is a small shop but has adequate seating.
Happened to stop by after a few of the other local ice cream shops were closed. Great location, right in the downtown area. We ordered a Cookie Cookie Sundae which normally comes in a bowl but decided to add a chocolate dipped waffle cone instead. It comes with two cookies and can add toppings to it. Highly recommended!

Was walking around DT Napa and came across Ben and Jerry’s. They were having a customer appreciation day, so free ice cream. Can’t go wrong with that. The staff was extremely friendly and would definitely stop in again for some ice cream.

Got a Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream here after having dinner at Bounty Hunter (HIGHLY recommended!), good consistent yummy sweet flavor at Ben & Jerry's!
Nothing better than getting your Ben and Jerry's fix without risking eating a whole pint! Or if you want you can get a whole pint instead of just a scoop. Ha! The employees are always very helpful and friendly. Obviously the ice cream is delicious and there is a cute little pond and bridge across the street to enjoy your ice cream.
I was craving a good milk shake from a ice cream place. I looked around my area and picked Ben & Jerry's. I picked a flavor out of there milk shake list and ordered a small. She handed me the flavor in ice cream. I told the young lady "I meant milkshake". She said "Not a problem". A few moments later I received my milkshake. Great customer service. 5 stars
