We loved it! Friendly service! Amazing cupcakes! A must place to stop if you are in Napa! The Pink Champagne cupcakes are simply delicious!! We will definitely be back!!
The girls working here are very friendly! I had called ahead as I didn’t want to get there to find out they were sold out of Gluten-free cupcakes. I headed over, greeted with a smile and knowledgeable girls working here. As someone with Celiac disease, I was beyond excited to see that the gluten-free cupcakes were stored separately in a container away from everything else. I got to choose between the chocolate or vanilla cupcake then chocolate or vanilla frosting! It was delicious, fluffy and not dry like so many gluten-free treats one can encounter so often. THANKS!! I grabbed a few macaroons to-go as well!

I'm writing this review after ordering two birthday cakes and picking up cupcakes on separate occasions. I've been consistently impressed with the quality of the cakes and cupcakes. However, I'm giving it four stars due to my frustration with something as little as ordering candles.
The first time, I ordered number sparkler candles that failed to light up, even with the efforts of three adults. This was particularly awkward to say the least because it was a surprise 50th birthday dinner for a girlfriend.
The second time, I noticed on their website that they listed party cake candles (12-pack) for $4.99, so I ordered them to simplify things. I live in San Jose, so my visits are usually to pick up cakes and be on time for my destination. Imagine my frustration when I discovered, en route to pick up the cake, that something as essential as birthday candles wasn't available. They had to credit me back my money. According to an employee, they hadn't carried candles for a while. Why wasn’t I notified but only found out because I called the bakery to confirm my pick-up order? This made me late to meet my friends because I had to find candles elsewhere. I’m an empathetic persons so being tardy is inconsiderate of others.
I believe they should update their website/mobile portal to reflect what they actually offer. It's frustrating to offer a service, albeit minimal to some customers, that doesn't benefit customers but, instead, leads to a frustrating experience.
Excellent customer service! Due to a minor glitch, Nina, was very prompt on packaging 3 dozens of cupcakes and creating a party tray so quickly. The entire staff are friendly and facility is clean and organized. Thank you for a great client experience!
Online order to Charlotte, North Carolina arrived perfectly thru FedEx. We got a bunch of stuff but as a roundup review: I’m a bday cake guy so that cupcake was awesome but my sons loved the macarons (indiscriminately).
Delicious cupcakes. Have the pink champagne, chocolate, snickerdoodle, lemon drop, apple cider caramel.
Consistently delicious. Soft, fresh, and out of this world flavors. The Pink Champagne cupcake is my all time favorite, but honestly all of the cupcakes are so so good. The Whoopie Pies are also like crack, so watch out there. I was able to order a custom dozen with only 24hr notice and there was no problem with my order. All why we keep coming back.

I have a bit of a sweet-tooth. Usually it'll be a nice pastry, so a cupcake is the perfect thing to satisfy my cravings. Sift goes above and beyond for me -especially when I have last minute orders. Order online & pick up in store or have the cupcakes delivered for a fee, either way, you cannot go wrong.
They have the cutest fondant designs & they can really make your vision become edible & cute. Their employees are very nice & are always able to give suggestions when I do not know what exactly to get. & can we just mention how cute their packaging is? I never have to worry about if something is going to topple over of if it'll get smushed. Their to-go containers are perfect & they keep the sweet treat safe -allowing you to enjoy every bite.
Not in the mood for cupcakes? That's totally fine. They offer other sweet treats that'll make you want more. & let me just add one more thing, I'm not a huge fan of frosting but here, the frosting to cake ratio is perfect. The cake is moist & the frosting is not too sweet.
The cupcakes and cookies are cool but the slices of cake is where it's at.so many critics here talking about to sweet, lol its cake man.
Came here to get my wife some cupcakes for her birthday. Haven't had a chance to try a huge selection of there baked goods but from what I've tried they are delicious. My wife lived the cupcakes and the cookie sandwich I got for her.
I would recommend for anyone visiting Napa to make sure they stop by this little shop. You will be happy you did.
You have the most delicious cupcakes I have ever had! We get them on special occasions like our birthdays. We only come here for our cupcakes. You are out got to place. Amazing Amazing Amazing is all I can say!!

Mondays through Friday afternoon, I discipline/punish myself with no eating of sugar or heavy carbs. Alas, it's part of my "abs by the spring/summer" regimen that I've instituted. However, Friday afternoons and the whole weekend? I'm all in. Desserts, sandwiches, pizza, stuff with BBQ sauce, and heck, McNuggets if they're free (I will never pay for em outta my own pocket): all of it is fair game on the weekends. Cupcakes are no exception and Sift has got some tasty ones for sure!
I went here, not knowing that this place place had taken part of a food competition on Food Network called cupcake wars. I've never seen the show myself, but I hear they did good. At any rate, they make some really awesome cupcakes here. And they're pretty good in size to boot! I once bought 2 cupcakes and they lasted me the whole weekend. Really, you wouldn't want to gobble these things down in one shot, tempting as it would be. You'll want to take your time to savor these... or go ahead, chow down like Cookie Monster.
My favorites are the "all for the cookie", "peanut butter ripple", and "snickerdoodle." I also got a taste of the pink champagne, and that one was pretty good as well. Sift never fails to impress. They've got quite the selection of cupcakes to choose from as well. They also have macarons as well, decently priced. So if you think you have to drive down to Bouchon to grab a good one, think again my friend!
My friends went with a bunch of cupcakes as opposed to a traditional wedding cake, when they got married. The result was awesome, they did a really good job. It's a reflection of their friendly and generally on-point customer service. Well done. I'm definitely a big fan of this place.
Sift has delectable cupcakes. Absolutely phenomenal. Every bite is mouthwatering, flavorful, delightful, and simply good. Surely the high prices are daunting to a new visitor, but it is more than worth it. Do yourself a favor and come visit Sift!
The beat cupcakes ever. Raspberry cheesecake is to die for…. I gained this place 10 stars if I could. Great customer service too. So people support this local business.

The Sky is Falling cupcake is pretty good, but I really like the Battle Royale and Thanks a Latte cupcakes delicious! Yum!😋
The champagne banana cupcakes were sooo good. I also enjoyed their frosting shots and their churro macaroons. Those are a must try.
