I pick up catering orders here for clients frequently. I often order lunch for myself when picking up as well. The staff is always friendly and willing to work with you on particulars. If you are kind and patient with them, they will gladly reciprocate!

Its been a while since I have been to Panera. The location for this one in Napa is kind of hidden and the layout is a bit confusing but the staff was super friendly and I enjoyed the pizza, I did order a Cesar salad but didn't get around to eating it. I tried one of the croutons and didn't care for
Came in on a hot day and didn’t know what drinks they had. A young gentleman named Saul helped me out and gave me small samples so I got what I enjoyed instead of hoping i’d like something. Thank you Saul!
I originally went to Panera to sign up for the Sip Club. Amazing value if you pass by their restaurant on a regular basis. The staff is prompt and courteous. Management is superb! They are very involved with customers and staff. I've only ordered the French Onion Soup (in a bread bowl) which was out

Panera makes tasty coffee as well as bread 🍞 . Their pastries 🍰 are delicious, too. The restaurant can be a bit understaffed, but employees are always polite. Free parking. Self-service kiosks are available. Free WiFi.
