It's one of my favorite coffee shops!
I was surprised at the quick service I got when ordering coffee and a yummy lemon pastry.
My drink was ready quickly. It tasted very good.
Clean, friendly staff and great coffee
My beverage was perfectly made. The store is little, compared to other Starbucks, which means there are fewer items to shop for. It's still a clean store with very good service.
From the 1st day that I walked in one year ago, I have always felt very comfortable in the store. All the baristas are super friendly, they acknowledge you when you come in, and always smiling. I have been to a few other Starbucks in town and this is THE place to be.

Today I went to a Starbucks in Fairfield and they ruined my drink. Had no faith they would fix it and the staff looked miserable. Was on my way to napa anyway so came to my favorite Starbucks and of course they remade my drink PERFECTLY.

Love this place, especially the barista Brandon, he is very kind, patient y have excellent customer service, he knows how to deal with people when the place is too crowded. Nice young guy. Starbucks on Imola is always busy. Thanks Brandon!
An OK Starbucks, not the one with the best view of all, kind of dark, but friendly staff. Has inside and outside seating. Is located right accross from Wendy's. Not usually very crowded. Has ample parking space.

This review is for Karina! She deserves a raise. She managed to be my real life super hero and she went above and beyond her job description by being kind enough to let me use the charging block to her phone charger to get my phone on to get a ride home. I was stranded after having to get out of a friend's car and walk home after an altercation, my phone was dead and I had no charger block to my cord, my chihuahua and anxiety that was unbearable.
Long story short I asked the people at the Peet's in town and they told me that none of them had a charger square at all. Which is rediculous who doesn't have their phone charger and after I explained I'm stranded after a dispute you have no empathy? You're really gonna not let me use one and be cold walking to my car across Napa? That girl was so cold and detatched she didn't care I was in distress. So I'm no longer going to peets and this Starbucks has a awesome, real employee who saved my night and showed me that there's hope for the human race.....while Peet's lost a customer.
