The cheesecake is amazing and they're consistent here. The entrées are okay, but I may have a skewed view due to the cheesecake being so delicious! The inside of the restaurant is cozy and clean. If you are a fan of cheesecake, you'll enjoy yourself here. If you come for just the entrée, they do have a variety of options, but with that said, there are better restaurant options out there. I've been to a few Cheesecake Factory locations and this one is the best by far.
Naples’ Cheesecake Factory serves up an extensive menu with a mix of American comfort food and global flavors. The interior design is visually pleasing, though it can get crowded during peak times. Be prepared for potential wait times, but the staff usually keeps things moving.
The standout feature is undoubtedly the variety of cheesecakes, offering a sweet finish to your meal. While the restaurant aims for a high-end feel, it can feel a bit hectic due to its popularity. Despite the hustle and bustle, if you’re looking for a wide menu and indulgent desserts in Naples, this is your spot.
We stopped in this restaurant by chance as my daughter recognised the name seen in a movie. I would say that I wasn’t disappointed at all, a lot of choices al with the calories indicated on the menu.
Only upsetting that they don’t have any cake lactose free!

So glad this place was open. We had so much food, we could only eat the appetizers. Great seating outdoors.

Don’t mind me …I’m here for the mango key lime cheesecake!!!
I haven’t dined at The Cheesecake Factory in years, but the craving for there cheesecake was overwhelming and they sure did deliver!!! It has to be my favorite cheesecake I’ve had in a long time… the key lime and mango flavors were just a match made in heaven. Not to forget the coconut macaroon crust! One slice is definitely enough to share!

Had a great experience last night. I highly recommend the Louisiana Chicken pasta; the chicken is crispy and the sauce is very tasty. I’d also recommend the chicken taquitos, asparagus fries, poke nachos and the tex mex eggrolls for appetizers, they’re all amazing. Our waiter Chris was very helpful and accommodating. You can never go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory

Went during dinner rush...6pm
30+ minutes waiting....
Started off with the most delicious bread and butter....the cheese sauce from the pretzel would have been a perfect addition...
The Caesar salad was huge!
My wife and I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, chicken Alfredo, the pretzle bites, chocolate shakes, and waters...
The spaghetti was good, the meatballs were big and tasty, and the sauce was good.
My wife got the chicken Alfredo and it was delicious. The Alfredo sauce was creamy and very good. The chicken was juicy and delicious.
The pretzel bites were amazing !
The cheese sauce was the best !
And the chocolate shakes were perfect after a big meal.

Overall we had a good experience. The server was pleasant. The food was pretty good. . The only thing that I didn’t like was that our table was very sticky! I had to clean it myself with water and napkins. One of the plates on the table was also filthy.. they should check their dishes and table to make sure they are clean, before seating customers. It grossed me out.
Our last visit was 3 years ago but the quality of the food hasn't changed at all. Our booth was clean and comfortable.
So much choice on the menu and every dish sounded delicious!
For our appetizer, we ordered the egg roll sampler to share - 6 rolls of absolute deliciousness with dips to accompany them.
I had the grilled steak tacos which came with rice and beans. The tacos were just the right size for an individual portion but could easily be shared. They were flavourful and the chipotle sauce on them was just amazing.
My husband had the almond crusted salmon salad which he said was delicious and really filling.
To end we shared a slice of caramel pecan turtle cheesecake which was out of this world. We did buy some extra cheesecake to take home as we just couldn't eat anymore.
Kelly B was our server and she was lovely and smiley. She was attentive but not too much which meant we could enjoy our food and chat.
Can't wait for our next visit!
Our waitress was really sweet and we got seated quickly on a busy Friday night. The food was really good as to be expected for the price. We sat outdoors which was chilly but they had heaters which was really nice.
If you've lived in Naples long enough you know that the mall is one of the most Central places in this town to go. There are tons of beautiful options here at our most beautiful Mall. There are plenty of parking spots and many handicap accessible locations throughout the parking lot. With a variety of shops and a wonderful place to eat food you will surely enjoy the profound experience of visiting this space. You also be pleasantly surprised by the many accommodations such as full body massage chairs, and many other small businesses that can take care of most any need. There are so many other businesses on this site it would take quite a bit to tell you about them all. But you will find all that you need here at the mall. And that's to include a wonderful meal.
Love the food and employees stay professional and this restaurant is definitely the best place I've ever eaten and the food has lots of flavor
Started off with stuffed mushrooms. Amazing then the Thai pineapple chicken. My mouth was full of flavor. Got the snickers cheesecake to go. Everything was delicious. Meghan our waitress was polite and prompt with foods and didnt need to ask for refills. She was on it.
Me and my husband came to have dinner this tuesday. We were not having the best night due to unrelated issues. Our night quickly turned around because of our server Steven.
Steven was very informed on the menu, giving us multiple suggestions and giving plenty of time to make the right choice. Our glasses were never empty, table never dirty and we did not have to wait on the check when the time came. The food was great (as always) and we appreciate you making our day better.

Excellent experience. As expected, busy on a Friday evening but my wife and I were able to grab a high top table in the bar area immediately. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient and not pushy. She seemed a bit inattentive and we'd go long periods of time without seeing her but I wonder if that's due to sitting in the bar area. Even so, we never felt neglected. Every piece of food we ate was superb and I highly recommend the egg roll sampler. The drive south to get here was long but so worth it!
