Very casual dining excellent food great service. We had fried chicken and ribs before we could even order they brought to the table coleslaw, pickles, and corn bread and brown bread. When the meal came the sides (vittles) are served family style and unlimited included white beans, collared greens & bacon, mashed potatoes & gravy, stewed tomatoes, and an onion casserole. I topped of the meal with warm pecan pie. Great place for casual dining.
This place is a staple! Super delicious. I love the fried shrimp and hush puppies. My boyfriend had the baby back ribs and fried chicken plate. I like that they will let you order off the dinner menu, even at lunch. I wish they would bring back the apples to the vittles. Those were the best. Either way it’s great. (:
Amazing Food and service. Carol seated us right away and ensured we were happy and comfortable. Our server Haley was awesome in all aspects. This place does not disappoint, if you leave hungry, it’s your own fault.

Had dinner with my family on Friday night. The food was delicious and the wait staff was great. Spare ribs outrageous as were the baby back. Great atmosphere!!! If you haven’t gone there make sure you do!!!!!!👍🏻👍🏻

My daughter and I were looking for a wholesome tasty lunch and decided to try Cracklin Jack's. We had never been there but had seen it under renovations. It was fantastic!! It is a bit out of the way but worth it. We sat outside, where there is smoking and non smoking areas. The smell of cigarettes and cigar was felt but did not bother us. The server was excellent, came immediately, was cordial and patient.
The portions were very generous and the price is right. We shared an appetizer, fried green tomatoes. My daughter ordered an oyster basket that was delicious, and I ordered fried chicken, which I believe it was the best that I have ever tried .
We are planning to go back many times!!
Marcy at the bar was amazing. She knew exactly how to make our 25 mo th celebration unforgettable with those double doubles on the double!!! ✌🏼😂😆
But seriously, the catfish bites app was really good with unforgettable cornmeal inspired breading, and the fried chicken with crispy skin!!!

Food was great 👍 we had country fried steak,onion rings and hamburger sliders just that the service wasn't too good.Our first time there the waiter didn't tell us about the salad bar but later we hear the same waiter telling the other guest everything about the salad bar smh 🤦.
New location, I loved the old one for the vibe, but this one is good too! We go for the frog legs & gator bites. I love taking out of town friends here.
Food is good and portions are plentiful. Our server was super busy but pleasant. The tiki hut is pretty cool and they have a bar and TV back there. Only thing is people smoke back there if that bothers you. They have indoor seating if so.
First time here and I gotta tell you the staff flows seamlessly. Our server was busy and another swept in and grabbed our empty glasses and bottles. Confirmed the specialty drinks and boom just like that I had another beer in front of me. That's quality service in my book.

Fried Chicken was excellent, I got the mashed potatoes and slaw. Mashed and white gravy were excellent. Hush puppies were delicious. Atmosphere inside is clean but boring. Looked like a really cool outside bar that I would choose in cooler weather.
Had a very slow start. Party of 6, we were quickly sat, but then "forgot about" for at least 10 minutes. After that rough start things got on track. Food was very good from the vittles to the main course. We ate inside, but the patio/tiki/bar area out back looked awesome. Great food large portions. Recommend trying.
First and foremost I want to say that the staff there are some of the best, anywhere. Every single staff member we encounters went above and beyond. I mentioned to my wife that it was nice to see a business where the staff seem to genuinely happy to be there. The food is like nothing I have ever had in the most wonderful and delicious way. Gator bites were like a delicious mix of chicken and shrimp. The fried pork tenderloin was perfectly thin yet incredibly cooked perfectly, not an easy task. There’s still so many more things to try, my family and I will definitely be back!
Clean bathrooms, clean dining area. I had frog legs and gator, with hush puppy and mashed potatoes. Awesome. So good. Waiter was so kind and helpful, he made the experience even better.

The vibe and atmosphere is so great with its huge outdoor tiki hut and bar, seating in the back. The owner Martie and her staff make this place a must go to with they’re southern and Naple’s hospitality for all! Fried Chicken, brisket, ribs, coleslaw, potatoes etc. is the best around here!!
Sat outside to listen to live music. Music was ok. Ordered a sangria pitcher that was pretty good. Order the fried catfish dinner with 2 sides and a muffin. Wife ordered country fried pork chop. Both meals were tasty.
ATMOSPHERE:
I’ll give the atmosphere a 10 out of 10! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, the place was clean, and the service was fast and efficient.
FOOD:
I’ll give the food a 9 out of 10! To start off, the food portions are fantastic! For an entrée dinner, you get the vittles on the side which came with so many sides. I do like that the food was not overly seasoned, which gave you the chance to season to desire. The food is fresh and it was good!
You will be full here, so come on an empty stomach!
Love this hole in the wall southern food gem. If you’re looking for a taste of the Everglades with a touch of southern food and BBQ then come and eat here. The pic below is of the you pick 2 Cat fish and Gator Nuggets which were delicious.
This place is awesome! My husband and I are here visiting for a couple weeks and came across Cracklin’ Jacks on Google-specifically for the gator. When we got here, we also tried the fried frogs legs which were just as delicious. The staff is excellent! We needed to come back before we headed home and, again, this place did not disappoint. Marty, the owner, is absolutely fantastic! The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere is awesome. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip and tell our family about it for when they visit!
